Christine and the whole team were absolutely wonderful. From the very early morning when George and Terry arrived to look after our dad, the care and respect they showed to us and more importantly to dad was exceptional. This genuine care and concern was also applied after meeting Christine and Dawn in the Welling Branch. They listened to our concerns and advised where necessary, and made this extremely upsetting time a little more bearable. The attention to detail was unbelievable and we cannot thank them enough for their support. Although there are many people behind the scenes that we never met the family would like to thank you all very much in the professional way you looked after our dad. Special thankyou’s to Christine, Dawn George and Terry.

Cannot thank F A Albin enough for the service they provided for my sisters funeral held on the 30th January 2019.  As a family we have sadly had to organise 3 funerals within 2 years. They have always shown complete respect and compassion at all times.
Each and everyone of the staff involved have been amazing.
We would especially like to thank Neil who was always available to help and guide with any concerns or questions we may have had, showing genuine kindness throughout.

Simon and John along with all the staff at F A Albin & Sons could not have done more for us. They are far and above the Excellent rating given. They organised everything we asked for perfectly and with the upmost respect and dignity. The little touches provided whilst my mum was in the Chapel and during the funeral itself added that extra gloss. Their service,advice and care have helped both my brothers and I through what has been a very difficult and deeply emotional period, and we can't thank them enough.

Albins looked after my mum and I will be eternally grateful. The respect and kindness shown to mum and us as a family was exceptional. From the day she died to her funeral service mum was treated beautifully. I have to thank Elaine James who took the time to listen and took the worry from us. Elaine arranged everything and we didn't have to face any problems she was always there to advise. I think Albins and staff are a credit and would recommend then 100%.

Christine and Dawn at F Albins in Welling are so very kind and helpful. We as a family have had three family members pass away in 2018 and they managed the whole process with patience, thoughtfulness and compassion and we felt completely comfortable despite it being a deeply sad and awful time. They took away all the worry and concerns for every member of the family and we cannot thank them enough. The pallbearers were totally respectful from the time they left the funeral parlour, throughout the service and after everything had concluded. If you want total peace of mind that you are putting your loved one to rest respectfully with the best send off ever, then you should with out a doubt choose Albins.

The service which Albins give is as excellent as you’d like it to be.  The compassion in which they serve you with, from the moment they turn up at your door to take away your loved one to the very last moment of the funeral, it’s all handled with precisely the right amount of friendliness without being too familiar.  Experts in dealing with the grieving family I personally could not fault this family run business one bit.

I could not be more pleased with Albins In dealing with the funeral of my mum on the 1st December. Their professionalism and attitude towards others loved ones was next to none. I use to think they were more expensive than other parlours but they weren’t and I am happy I chose them.
