F A Albins and Sons have just presided over my mum's funeral and we found them to be very caring, kind and professional. They always go that extra mile at a very difficult time. My family have always used them and will continue to do so.

We used Albins because they were so professional, kind and respectful when acting for the coroner. So we chose them to direct my father's funeral. We couldn't fault them in any way - we have nothing but praise for how they handled everything particularly their sensitivity for difficulties arising out of the Coronavirus restrictions. We would like to extend our thanks to all of the people that helped us, but especially to Paul Rutherford who very kindly came and helped us again even though he had his own sorrows at the time.

Sadly I was very disappointed with the office representative as she was not helpful and had to call me several times to answer questions which should have been sorted on day 1. The actual funeral itself was very professional and ran smoothly thanks to George, he was kind and thoughtful and guided us through it .

What is hard enough to deal with in normal circumstances let alone a lockdown, was made better by the care and understanding given by Jo at the Crayford branch.
I have always used Albins and would 100% recommend their care and professionalism when dealing with the death of a loved one.

From the moment I first spoke to Jo she was kind, caring and thoughtful in her approach. 

She arranged everything with Precision and no detail was missed. 

Jo please believe me when I say I could not have got through this difficult day without you. 

On the day we laid my dad to rest Steve and his team where incredible. He was calm, professional and extremely respectful. My dad would have been so proud. 

All of our requests were carried out and nothing was too much trouble.

We would like to thank Albins again for the service provided to us all for the funeral of my dear mother. The funeral arranged by the lovely Jo at Crayford who went above and beyond to ensure my mothers funeral was as special as it could be during a worldwide pandemic COVID19. 

Jo fulfilled all our requests given such strict rules by the government and the day went so well and put us at ease. I would like to thank Simon and Jon as-well as the wonderful team who laid my mum to rest in style. 

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart you truest done my family and myself proud. Thanks again to Jo who we found nothing was too much for her to arrange and her perseverance to get us exactly what we wanted for the day as well as the support she gave us.

From the initial contact to the return of the ages I was treated with the utmost respect and sympathy. Throughout the process I was kept informed and offered suggestions at a very vulnerable time but without any pressure what so ever.  The funeral was carried out impeccably in such difficult circumstances. Every thing was so personal and respectful.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff for making a stressful occasion into a memorable one.

Death is always a difficult time but during covid’s lockdown Albins took the trouble to still keep things special. It all started with Jo a true diamond. Then a 1930’s rollers cos my nan would have loved to go on her journey in style. Despite the circumstances we were faced with, Albins performed the service with professionalism. Even the nice touch of driving past their shop to see staff bow when the hearse drove past was touching .
