Thank you to everyone at Albin's for all the support and kindness shown to our family for my husbands funeral. Especially to Neil, Steve and all the drivers for their professionalism and dignity on the day of the service and throughout during this difficult time.

From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank Albins for conducting John’s funeral. From my initial phone call with Simon through to the final stages of the funeral day everything was carried out to perfection and beyond. Dave, our driver was very caring and considerate and Jamie was wonderful. 
I have received many comments from people who attended the funeral to say how professional Albins were. They really are a cut above the rest.
Again, I would like to thank Simon and everyone at Albins a massive thank you for making what has been a very difficult time for me and my family, a much easier process to handle.

Exceptional service, very professional and went far and beyond for our family and helped make a very sad time as smooth as possible, they are all such wonderful Caring people and I’m so pleased they was able to conduct my mums funeral with such class and empathy they truest were amazing I will be forever grateful for all thier support also

Every part of what is a traumatic and upsetting process was dealt with such sensitivity. From the moment my wife was collected from Guys to talking about the arrangements with Elaine - who made myself and daughter feel relaxed and comforted that Kate was being so well looked after - to the day itself. The guys on the day were all fantastic. I didn't need to be concerned about anything but being in the moment of the service. They looked after me, my family and the huge number of people who turned up with quiet professionalism. Thank you so much.

Excellent service throughout.  The upmost care and consideration from all members of staff at all times. 
They all made a difficult situation a lot more bearable. 
Our loved one was taken care of as tho he was a member of their own family. 
I would use no one else.

There are not enough words to express how grateful my family are that our lovely dad took his final journey by F A Alnins. Jo in the office is absolutely amazing, supported us at every moment and ensured our every wish was carried out perfectly. The men on the day, led by Jon, made sure the day ran to perfection. What has been the hardest few weeks of our lives, was made just that little bit easier by this wonderful group of people. We will feel forever blessed that we could proudly celebrate the life of our amazing dad with your guidance, support and total professionalism, thank you.

We as a family, cannot speak highly enough of Albins. From the first call to Elaine at Deptford who was super helpful and friendly. To our family meeting with Elaine, she was incredible. Elaine made a very difficult time somewhat easier! She is been a huge part in my dads send off !
Even when visiting my dad in the chapel of rest, the warmth and welcome was always above and beyond what she had to do.
On the actual day, Steve and his boys Jamie and co were professional and conducted themselves and the service with class and the special touches of respect they showed to my Dad and our family never went unnoticed!!

Excellent in every way from start to finish !! Nothing is too much trouble . When it’s a time like this when you have lost a loved one you need compassion and professionalism. This company has it all even the extra little touches like leaving a rose on the door as we left for the crematorium.  Most if all they are very respectful in every way to the one you have lost. Micheal was outstanding and John and his team just immaculate, caring compassionate and very respectful in every way . I could go on for ages about how good they are !!! I wouldn’t let my loved ones be in anybody else’s hands . I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and have done in the past . Plus we had Father Micheal who was amazing and Katie to do the flowers truly made the day special all of you x

Mickey showed us all compassion during a very emotional time for the family. His advice was invaluable when arranging the funeral for my late husband.
On the day of the funeral the pallbearers were very respectful, thank you Danny for all the support you gave us and the assistance you gave my son and son in laws when they carried the coffin into the crematorium. All the Albins staff showed emotional strength which was crucial to us during a very difficult time.

I approached a few Funeral companies but Albins were willing to come to the house and discuss my needs at a time of emotional distress. Nothing was too much trouble and they didn’t need to hard sell. They were described by my Minister as the Rolls Royce of Funeral Directors when we went to the committal and their service all round was excellent! I am now planning to put in my will that they should be used for my own funeral. Really good at understanding the difficulties of your wife suddenly dying and doing anything you want - including in my case taking my wife outside London and driving 60 miles to the cemetery. Thank you can totally recommend this company.

I have been sitting here trying to find the most appropriate words to describe these Funeral Directors and all the staff they have working for them. (We used the Welling branch). If there was another level above first class, they would be at the very top of that level. The branch manager Christine met myself, my son and daughter at our appointment to discuss the funeral of my husband. She was the most compassionate and amazing lady. She went through all the details with us in a most concise and compassionate way and made us feel very at ease. She recommended Father Michael to do our service and advised us that he came highly recommended. He could not have been any nicer. It was an absolute pleasure to meet with him at our home to talk about my husband. He very much put us at ease with his excellent sense of humour, which we loved and felt he was the perfect choice to speak about my husband as when he was alive, he had a similar sense of humour so it seemed the perfect choice. Once the date was set for the funeral my daughter then went about sorting out the order of service and was in constant contact with Christine or Father Michael if needed. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very approachable. If we had any questions they and other members of staff were only too happy to help and steer us in the right direction. The day before the funeral I received a call from Christine who advised us how the day was going to unfold. On the day, I was met by George and his staff who were absolutely impeccably dressed and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism that took my breath away. They dealt with every issue that arose i.e. flower cards that had been forgotten, they had duplicates which we could use, they were extremely calm put us all at ease and I am now going to refer you back to first class levels again!!! We arrived at the crematorium and we had asked if family could carry our coffin in. The guys were extremely kind and helpful as all the guys carrying our coffin were different heights!! The service could not have been better. Father Michael sounded as if he almost knew my husband and we were all so happy with the service. People are still sending us comments about F A Albin Welling and Father Michael and saying that the service could not have gone any better and we did my husband proud. I cannot thank this company and all of its employees enough. My husband's family were extremely happy with his send off and all of our friends too. Our funeral was at 11.00 am. We left The Seven Acre Sports and Social Club 10.00pm (which was where we held the celebration afterwards). As sad as it was it definitely felt like a celebration which my daughter was desperate to achieve. I highly recommend this company and all of its impeccably trained staff who provided a service with, in my opinion, levels off the scale.

The team at Welling were superb and helped us arrange everything for the funeral of our dear Dad with sensitivity and kindness. Christine in particular was brilliant at taking us through everything.

On the day of the funeral itself, George was also fantastic.

Thank you soo much for your service. Without your help and support, I don’t think me and my family could have got through this difficult time  . They are nice and understanding. Also going above and beyond. Very compassionate and I feel like I wasn’t getting treated like a customer but as family.  
I would recommend them to anyone who has to unfortunately go through a difficult time such as this. They will make the journey, just that little easier

On such a sad day Albins took over every worry we could of possibly had. They showed the utmost respect and care, to my Mum and every member of my family. If a funeral could be perfect, my Mum's was, because of all the staff at Albins. We can't thank you enough.

We cannot begin to express our thanks for the most amazing funeral and service Albins organised and presented. From Neil in the Mottingham office to all the staff on the day of the funeral. Recommendations for Julie Powell the celebrant and Tanya the florist.  Everything was absolutely perfect. And beyond all expectations. Exceedingly professional, smart, respectful, 5 star service.  Every single detail was perfect.   Neil put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble. We were so grateful to Albins for the service they gave.  Mum and Dad would have been blown away and so so proud.  Thank you for making a terrible time so easy and something we can look back on with pride.  Thank you Jenny and Wendy.
