Chris at the funeral directors, made the whole traumatic process easy for us to manage, by allowing to take the time we needed for each decision that had to made. I cannot thank the staff at Albin's enough. An amazing company who made a sad and difficult time run smoothly and with ease. I would especially like to thank Danny who acted as the conductor and did a fantastic job, and to Lynn who was so supportive in organising the whole thing... you helped me to laugh, held me when I needed to cry and made me able to keep standing on my feet throughout. The Celebrant Deborah Hooper was superb. You all gave Michael's family and friends the ability to give him a very special send off and a truly memorable day. Just to say thanks to everyone involved for making the day so special for our Mum. It truly was a celebration and couldn’t have been a more fitting tribute. Chris is such a special person and her guidance at a really distressing time was invaluable. Father Michael is an absolute treasure and also may the day vibrant and uplifting... it felt as if he had known Mum and captured the essence of her perfectly...she would have loved him!




John and the boys were so caring, respectful and patient...and as a family, can’t thank them enough for making the day memorable for all the right reasons. Will be forever grateful to everyone involved.

I honestly can’t thank Albins enough for everything they have done. 
We had help and advice even before choosing Albins. John called us and gave us great help and advice to make sure my mum was properly looked after from the start. 
We met lovely jo the next day and just felt completely at ease and like we was at home with her straight away. The Crayford branch is just out of this world and I knew straight away that mum would have loved it. Once mum was there they would light her candle every day and chat to mum and let me know they have done so too. All her pictures were in her chapel of rest and it was just so beautiful for us to see.

I can’t thank everyone enough from start to finish. 
You completely treated mum with dignity from the very beginning and I just can’t express how grateful I am to you all

I truly have to say as traumatic as a passing is, in anyone’s Family, it was such a relief to have had  FA Albins & Sons conduct my Mums. To say it was extremely well organised would be the understatement of the year, every aspect from what we wanted and how we wanted it conducted was all taken in, we were made to feel important and it felt as if we had known these people for years as friends. As a family, from our first visit to discuss the sudden death of my partner, we were made to feel as if we were the only family that were going through the loss and grief. Every member of staff had all the time in the world for us, were very professional yet made us feel as if we were friends. The actual funeral was an absolutely perfect day, and the professional yet personal way every member of Albins team acted, made it even more or a special, perfect day to remember forever. Albins staff really are amazing and know exactly how to act and behave, they have compassion, understanding, professionalism and care, which is really what you need when your world has just fallen apart.

Absolutely brilliant, so respectful & professional, nothing was too much trouble. Sent emails and got very quick replies, I cannot thank Simon & his team enough. Everything was expertly done, it helped so much to give my wonderful mum the send off she deserved. Happy to know albins will be our port of call for funerals of my father, my sister & myself as we’ve reserved plots in their beautiful gardens. Wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.
