F A Alvin done all the hard work for my family, they are very professional with even down to small detail they helped us.
The day of the funeral they blew my mind with how all the men was and how beautiful the horses was.
All my family have used Alvin and will do in the future. Thank you

Albins not only look after your loved one they look after the family. At the time when you can't think straight, you want to do the right thing by your loved one, you don't know if you're coming or going, The team at Albins are that silent support in the background. No question is too silly to ask, all the staff are helpful and approachable. Reliable, respectful and dignified. We've had big funerals and a small funeral, the service is the same regardless. People who have not used Albins think they can't afford them. It's not as expensive as people think. The experience the team have make the whole process easier and less daunting. Having had generations of my family being cared for by Albins, I couldn't recommend them enough. 
On a personal note, I'd like to thank lovely Joanna Smith who has been an Angel in disguise, all the team at Culling road and Jon for delivering an excellent service for my brother.

Amazing service from start to finish. Couldn't of asked for a better funeral director for my dad. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Very impressed with how they looked after my dad and how he's funeral was conducted.. Shirley was amazing makes you feel very welcome makes the whole process easier to deal with can't thank you all enough. So glad my dad had the best for he's final send off.

Christine and her partner were extremely helpful. Steve and the drivers on the day of our mums cremation were brilliant. A nice touch to leave a red rose on our door step before we left

A very sad day when Mum passed but she couldn’t have been cared for or looked after better and having Mum rest at the Mottingham Branch so she was nearer for us to go to and see her helped greatly - moving back to Bermondsey prior to the day of the funeral with everything going as well as it could on such a sad day - a big thank you to Neil at Mottingham and Simon, Jon and all the staff at Bermondsey.

Albins are an excellent funeral company. The staff provide a first class, reliable,respectable, proffesional service. They understand the different patterns of grief and show empathy, compassion, sympathy, warmth and support. I have used Albins twice now for my Mother and Father and the service is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they give that extra mile. They keep you informed and answer all the questions you throw at them. Simon and John have taken over the company since their Father passed and are doing a first class job. Lynn arranged everything for both parents and I cannot fault a thing. Everyone still talks about the professionalism, dedication and care they show during the service. I woulnd't use any other company. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for taking both services and supporting our family at a very difficult time.

The services we received were amazing, the staff were absolutely amazing. They helped us so much and made the day so beautifull. I would not consider using anyone else except Albins, their professionalism, empathy and kindness to all concerned is truly amazing.  Despite all the sadness a funeral brings Albins somehow makes it bearable and thankful at the same time.  The attention to detail for all their funerals is second to none.  Thank you all staff for being so kind and understanding.

I have now used Albins for both my mum and dad and I cannot praise them enough, they have taken over all the responsibility and helped me no end.... I didn't have any burden on my shoulders just left to grieve.... They are so sympathetic towards the family and very professional.....

F A Alvin Welling were wonderful helping us arrange the funerals of our mum and dad within 6 months of each other. Christine is just so lovely and kind and Jonathon led the boys for both funerals. I can't recommend them enough.

Although this was a very sad and difficult time for us as a family Simon was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and attention to detail on the lead up and on the day of the funeral was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Albins to family and friends.

Personally i can not thank Elaine enough for all the effort for my mums funeral.
Elaine has been so understanding towards my dad which can only say has been challenging.
The staff at F.A Albin's provide a beautiful memory for my mum. On the day of the funeral Steve and his guys brilliant nothing no much trouble. Our driver Jamie totally understood my dad which meant a lot to us as a family.

Albin's was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so pleased they did. We cannot fault the service and attention that was afforded to us by them. Right from the time that they came to take my husband away from my home, the meetings with Neil at the Mottingham office, and on the day of my husband's funeral, their attention to detail and understanding was exceptional. Many of the mourners commented on how wonderful they were. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Albins have been absolutely brilliant. They take care of everything, Shirley at Walworth Branch is fantastic, I had a last minute problem with the order of service booklets, she told me to come to the branch, we went through it together and by 4pm I was looking at a proof copy, all sorted, my stress levels gone, marvellous. The guys on the funeral day were brilliant, so professional and so caring. Why have Pepsi when you can have the best champagne, Albins is the Champagne.
