Albins were superb throughout. The staff were always helpful and supportive during the organisation. They conducted the funeral without fault and with great respect and honour for my Dad and us a family. I would always recommend Albins.

The staff at albins are very caring and kind, and are there whenever you have any problems or queries and nothing is too much trouble for them. We would especially like to thank jo branch for everything she has done for us so far, she is such a nice person and very helpful, and she has made a very difficult time much easier to sort out.

And although we havent had mums funeral yet, we are sure mum and the family will be looked after very well.

The staff throughout the Plaistow branch are second to none. They are kind, helpful, thoughtful at a time where nothing seems possible. They listen, chat and laugh and really get to know the family members they have in the care and the family dealing with the funeral. I can't thank them enough for making such a terrible time a little easier.

Very professional and easy to deal with. My auntie looked lovely in the chapel and it helped to be able to visit her at other times. Neil was very helpful in planning the funeral.

Everyone was amazingly caring and supportive we were encouraged to rake as long as we needed they were in no hurry to move us on concidering the freezing temperatures couldn’t have asked for anything better they were all great from the office staff to the staff on final day from Debbie gisden and family xxx

The service we received from Albins in Mottingham was exemplary. Neil and all the guys on the day were brilliant. They treated dad with the upmost respect and took care of all aspects of the funeral beautifully. They were kind and even the GP who went to see dad after death commented on how well he was presented. I unreservedly recommend Albins I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much for giving dad a great send off.
