From start to finish our Mums funeral was handled with care, compassion and professionalism by everyone involved at Albins. Joanne from the Crayford office was superb and kept in touch throughout the process. Elaine was the initial point of contact and handled that brilliantly. The team in the day led by George were excellent.

Jo Branch was brilliant she was very helpful and caring nothing was to much trouble Thank you Jo.  Due to the difficult times we are currently in due to COVID-19 we  received an excellent service from you.
My late mother in-law had the best send off we could of wanted for her.  I would also like to give a big thank you to Steve Bayley and the Chauffeurs David Wilson and Chris Mochine for looking after us of the  morning of the funeral you all was amazing.  Thank you again to you all from the Warne family.

From visiting Shirley at the funeral parlour to on the day of the funeral. Everyone made us feel at ease at this sad time. I have used Albins before and they work in a very professional and compassionate manner. Can not fault them. Hopefully not too soon in the future, I will always go back to them and recommend to family and friends. Excellent service all round.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Albins, they went above and beyond to ensure my husband Brian Mcfadden had the best send off he could under the current circumstances, they even stopped to lay a rise where my husband and I met. Scott, Chrissy , and especially Geirgie Kendall were so helpful to us during this diffucult time. George conducted the funeral, balloon release and had the whole street clapping in my husband final journey. I will be forever grateful . Gladys ❤️

Thank-you so much for looking after my Mothers funerals. Even though I couldn't be there during the lockdown, I was informed by other members of my family how good the people were on the day and doing those extra things that just made the funeral. Particular comment from the family was the stop outside the Church and placing of a flower, as very special moment that the family really appreciated. Special thanks to Christine at the Welling office for her all help.

In time like this anybody seemed confused and lost because of grieving. It was such a relief to have find Albin’s. They were so helpful and guide me all the way. The Funeral arrangement for my sister ROsario is going smoothly so far especially in our situations with the lockdown.
