My brother was only 49 and it is just me and mum who is 80.   The wonderful Jo Branch

had to put up with so much stress from us has we did not have a clue what to do.

Jo I do not know how u stayed so calm and peaceful and advised us through everything

has you know we were just trying to make it a bit different for him and we kept changing 

everything.   We cant thank you enough.

On the day Steve Bailey just took over and me and mum did not have to worry about anything.

Elaine your catering was amazing.... dont know why you worried...!!  but it is just because you care.

And now Danny Barton looking after us so well.

I can't stress enough how helpful this company is to guide you what is one of the worst times of your life. The kindness, compassion and caring shown was amazing. Christine at the Welling branch led us through this difficult process with true kindness. 
On the day of the funeral, the respect shown to my poor dad was wonderful: at no time did it appear false. Steve, who led his team on the day was amazing. The care he showed towards my dead dad, to me and all my close relatives was exemplary. I can't recommend this company enough. You feel safe in their hands.

Absolutely brilliant!!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and showed empathy towards each and everyone of us.
They directed the funeral extremely well and professional and treated my brother with dignity and respect throughout the whole process.
Joanna and the reception staff where excellent and made the organisation of it run smoothly.
Lee the director on the day was outstanding along with the other boys.

We would like to thank all at Albins for all their hard work and dedication.

Alvin and Hitchcock were excellent in every way!
Nothing was too much for them!
From the reception/ admin to the drivers. Everything was perfect.
Was put at ease about any queries we may have had.
Most things were sorted for us.
The most I had to do was pick up the phone once or twice.
They were personal and discreet when needed to be.
And so understanding. Love them and would recommend them without thinking about it!!!! xx

I can not praise F A Albin more highly. At a time when the family felt completely devastated and lost at the loss of mum they treated our family like their family - what more could you ask? They were deeply respectful and compassionate and guided us through everything step by step. I felt mum would be in the best of hands and she was. Everything ran like clockwork. A particular mention must go to Jo Branch, who is normally based at the Bermondsey branch. Jo was the ultimate professional of course, but she was so much more. Her empathy and warmth made this painful and difficult time so much easier to bear. On the day, Lee and his team looked after us beautifully and helped us to give mum the send off she so deserved. F.A. Albin & Sons exceeded all expectation in the handling of my mother's funeral. Before and on the day, everything was attended to with thoughtful care and utmost dignity. The celebrant they introduced us to was wonderful, and worked with us in an un-rushed way to produce a very moving eulogy. Overall, they made a huge difference to our experience during this trying time. Thank you again Neil, Steven and everyone else involved.

From the first time me, my mum & sister called Albins at 3am on 11/07/17 their service was impeccable & so respectful. They came when we asked them to collect dad, they drove out of sight down the road very slow in respect and bowed to dad after putting him in vehicle. We then had the pleasure of meeting Neil at the Mottingham branch who was wonderful and again very respectable and treated us as friends not clients and helped us choose the perfect funeral for Dad. Then Jo took over whilst Neil was away & Dad came back to the Chapel of Rest, she made us feel so welcome even when I wanted to visit everyday! We felt safe knowing she was looking after Dad. Then comes to the day before the funeral Dad wanted to come home and that he did with Albins providing a fully manned hearse in uniform bringing him home in style & supplying candles a a cross which made the ambiance feel very comfortable. On the dreaded day Simon & his men again were very respectable and made us feel at ease and treated us like friends and looked after Dad in his journey to his final resting place. Absolutely fantastic service from Albins, Dad would have been very pleased - thank you from The Pritchard's xxx
