From the start of our bereavement Scott from Albin's was patient and took us through the whole process and did everything from arranging a fantastic priest ( Father Michael Branch. Who gave us a service that no one who was there will ever forget, absolutely brilliant ).
Scott also arranged the service cards which were designed that took my breath away. The staff at Culling Road who took great care of my sister's 2 grandchildren whilst she and her husband visited our late father in the chapel of rest. the team who took care of us on the day of the funeral were absolutely fantastic and made a very sad day go smoothly and easy for my Mum & Family & myself.
I would recommend F.A.Albins as they took the stress & fear out of arranging our late Fathers funeral and made it a send off that he would have been proud of.

My fathers funeral was on the 10th December 2019 and every one at Albins was fantastic. They took all the stress of us and made the funeral stress free. On the day of the service they were so professional I would highly recommend this company. A special thanks to Micky at Sidcup who helps us from day one and also Darran and his colleges who help us on the day.

Everything was perfect, the boys on the day were extremely kind and helpful and Elaine was great at sorting everything out without too much trouble. Small details like water and tissues in the car were very helpful.

Thanks so much to Joanne who looked after us and my Dad from start to finish. Our whole experience was made a lot easier knowing that Albins were sorting everything for us.
On the day of the funeral the boys were once again absolutely amazing. Looked after us and our children from start to finish. We could not have wished for better.

This will be the fifth family member that Albins have looked after for us, they are the most wonderful set of people, kind, thoughtful and nothing is to much trouble. I trust them completely with the most important people in my life. Barry was a saint, all of them had the best tutor, RIP Barry. I lost my Dad in January 2019, so I have to apologise for not writing sooner, I didn't even see this email before now. I've already made sure that when it's my time, Albins will be there for me.

Debbie at Barking Road Undertakers was extremely supportive to our family and especially caring to our mum in her care. 
All the family thought the casket bearers were extremely professional and my wife thought they were wonderful.
