As soon as they receive a loved one you know they will be treated with dignity, and from all aspects of the funeral, to the little touches they do that mean so much at this sad time right through to scattering the ashes. Absolutely wonderful! In all aspects F A Albin & Sons provided a superb service. Shirley guided us through making the arrangements with kindness and sensitivity; on the day, Steven and his team made sure that everything proceeded respectfully and with dignity. Their attention to detail, professionalism and patience were very much appreciated by the family and commented on by attendees.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Albin's to support any family through such a difficult time.

From the first phone call to Debbie right the way through she was extremely respectful professional and so helpful she made the hardest time in our lives so much more bearable with her support and communication she talked us through every step of the way , on the day Jamie and the guy's were also very respectful, smart and again communication was excellent ... I would highly recommend Albin and Hitchcock as a class A funeral service...I cannot thank them enough for making the whole process perfect on the saddest day of our lives.

Nothing was ever to big or to small for them to sort out, they made a time which is so stressful so easy with special little touches along the way which makes them the best in country.

This was the third time we have used Albins. Each time they have treated us with such care. Nothing is too much for them. Our Mum was taken care of so very well, with dignity and respect. The whole funeral service was beautiful and the team could not do enough for you. It made the entire situation a little more bearable. Any questions we had, were answered promptly and explained very well. Shirley was wonderful when discussing all the arrangements with us from the very beginning. Thank you all.

Neil Gamble the Mottinging branch manager was extremely helpful. The owner John himself came and supported with the funeral. All the staff were very professional and supportive.

The respect and courtesy they extended to my mother and the family was of the highest level.

A big thank you to everyone at F A Albin, but especially Jo who made a difficult and stressful time for us bearable.  To us she went above and beyond anything we had expected, making arrangements, giving advice and phoning with updates so we didn’t have any worries.  When Mum arrived to us from Bermondsey with the cars everything was just perfect for her final farewell. Everything had been thought of, from a carpet for us to step on to enter the cars to water and tissues in the cars. Nothing was rushed, everyone was helpful and informed us as we went along as to what was happening. The service and the burial itself was lovely, due to Jo finding Father Owen and the Book of Remembrance and keepsake box was such a lovely touch and much appreciated.  We chose F.A Albin because of the care and respect they showed mum when they collected her from home when she passed to take her to the coroners office.  We are so glad we did and we really can not thank you enough for everything.

F A Albin and Sons  where excellent.
From start to end.  Very attentive to your personal needs.  I was very anxious and afraid with the loss of My mum as this has  been the greatest loss of all!  But they made me feel part of their family treated my family and mum with dignity and honour.  From difficult and heart breaking process to help her part this world with dignity.  Just beautiful!   And on the day of her parting it was just outstanding.  Like a warm blanket. There caring nature and  respectfulness they showed Mum simply  beautiful!  Great Memory I now have No
fault just truly beautiful.  I have told my family that I wish to be helped by F .A .Albins  when I depart .  After that day a lot of family friends asked about the Funeral director’s used.  They also were impressed!
