We are so pleased that we chose Albin's (Welling) at what was a very traumatic time for all the family. Chris (Manager) talked us through each stage of the process with kindness, compassion and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end and was entirely stress free thanks to Chris and her team. There is nothing more we can say except, "Thank you so much Chris. We will never forget the help and support that you gave us".

I can’t thank the team enough. From the moment I asked Joanne to take care of things, to the final goodbye to my dad, the whole team were outstanding. Many of our family present, commented on the professionalism and respect of the boys. It was the first funeral I had ever arranged & had no idea what was involved. Joanne and her team guided and supported my mother and me throughout - including seeing my dad, arranging a singer, speaking to the priest and arranging caterers. On the day of the funeral, the minute Stephen knocked on the door and introduced himself, I had complete trust in him. I knew everything would go as planned. Thank you everyone, it was a sad but beautiful day.

Jo at the Crayford office went over and above the service expected in getting the correct paperwork together. On the day the funeral Steve took control and was extremely compassionate and very professional and it was their attention to detail that that made it so personal.

I'd like to thank all the staff at F. A. ALBINS & Sons for an amazing job they have done right from the beginning of having my mum staying with them allowing me to be there all the time even with the covid going on the receptionist were amazing with all of us & just allowing me my own precious time to be with my mum.
The day of my mum's funeral was a truly lovely intimate day for all my family to say our goodbyes even though we couldn't have everyone there I wouldn't change a single thing.
Everyone that works at Albins are truly amazing lovely people & from me & my family on behalf of Roseinea Lillian delaney you made her day special ❤️?

I have used other undertakers when my parents died but I can honestly say that FA Albins is in a different league.
They are true professionals who made a very difficult day much easier (especially with all the restrictions that are in place with Covid 19).I would like to thank the all team at Welling for all the kindness and respect that they showed my husband and family.

Received an outstanding service from F A Albin recently when our aunt passed away. My late father and uncle had been cared for by them in previous years so we knew they were our first choice of undertaker. Great support, advice, understanding and respect from the beginning and all the way through from all their staff. Even the smallest details made such a difference to our family at this difficult time. Highly recommended.
