It has been a very upsetting time for both myself, our children and John's parents, however Debbie at the plaistow branch made it as easy as she could and I am forever grateful to her. It really gives you the personal touch only having to talk to one person.

Simon and all the staff at Albins gave our lovely mum the send off she deserved. Their attention to detail on the day , the understanding and compassion they gave us as a family and just the way they all conducted themselves at the funeral were excellent. 
Nothing seemed too much trouble and Simon made sure a very emotional day ran as smoothly as possible. 
I would highly recommend.

Elaine from the Deptford branch was very supportive and helpful, she assisted my sister and myself to make all the arrangements for my Mum's funeral and also arranging a time for all the family to visit the chapel.

On the day of the funeral I can only thank you for the support and help you gave us before and after the service .

Everything was handled with sensitivity and kindness, and also patience when the arrival of a group of friends was delayed and I had to ask for the service to start fifteen minutes late! Janet loved a bit of theatre, and I'd arranged a little bit of drama for the casket's entrance and exit, which your people performed to perfection. Many of the people present said it was one of the most moving and memorable services they could recall, and I'm sure a part of that was your handling of it. Thank you.

All at F.A. Albin were very welcoming and friendly. They made making my grandmother's agreements personal and easy. The ladies Christine and Dawn are amazing and made sure everything went smoothly. Would recommend there services to anyone.

Consummate professionals.  Every consideration given to me and my family.
Kind, understanding and thoughtful.  Attention given to every little detail.
I cannot praise each member of their team enough.
Sadly we experienced a national company in March that were completely the opposite.
The other hyphenated company allowed my Father in Law's funeral arrangements to drag out for six weeks and made no effort to help bring closure any quicker.
I would highly recommend FA Albin's.

I cannot thank Shirley and Albins enough for the service they provided. My mother had a funeral which was beyond my expectations simply because of Albins. All the worry and stress was taken away. Albins organised everything. The dreaded day of the funeral arrived but the sight of the hearse and limos with immaculate drivers and red carpets was a show-stopper. The Funeral Conductor Danny and the drivers were so professional, immaculate, supportive and friendly; it was unbelievable. The heavenly voice of Jay Britton and wonderful organist David, was shear perfection. The whole occasion went beautifully and smoothly. All of our guests commented on how wonderful the service was from Albins, saying it was the best funeral they have ever attended. They make you, your family and guests feel so special. Albins provided a beautiful Memory Box, which contained a Book of Condolence for the guests to write in. Nothing was too much for them. Thank you Shirley and Albins. There is absolutely no comparison with any other company.

The thing about Albins is in the worst moments of your life, they go above and beyond the call of duty to make things as easy and stress free as it can be given the situation.
They have a way of making you and your departed loved one feel like family, they treat you and your love one with the utmost empathy, kindness and respect.
No task is too big or small- they listen to your needs and help you with things you may not have thought of. Their personal touch and professionalism is second to none! From Simon and John and all on reception, to the embalmers and all those who work tirelessly behind the scenes every single one of them is a credit to the Albins name and I want to thank them for all they have done for us as a family over the last few years!

First class service, Albins made a difficult time very pleasant & stress free. They are very accomdating and understanding. The whole staff are so down to earth & really have the time to sit down and talk. My family have only ever go to albins because we know the service is impeccable and the staff are just fantastic

Elaine is brilliant - she not only looked after my beautiful Mum but cared for my husband a week previously too. She helped me with it all and gave me good advice and nothing too much trouble.                                                                
Lee and the boys were fantastic on the day, was hammering down with rain, they were getting soaked but was only interested in looking after us.

you will not find a better funeral company nothing is too much trouble for them. They go above the call of duty . This was the 7th time i have used them for family James was living in Manchester at the time of his passing and i had no hesitation in contacting Albins to bring him home to Bermondsey as i knew he was in safe hands .
