Thanks again to Albins Mottingham for looking after mum when she died. Absolutely professional service from the moment they picked her up till the funeral. Manager Neil couldn't do enough for us and any questions we had were dealt with straight away. They took all the worry of the funeral away from us which was very reassuring.

I can't thank Christine and dawn enough they where amazing they looked after me and my family like we were there own family they treated my tel with respect and love I can't tell u how this helped me during the worst time of my life this continued on the day of the funeral with Steve and the team making sure every little detail was covered just as I wanted it I will hold these ladies in my heart forever can't recommend enough the memory box and white rose touch is a beautiful idea thank you so much for everything x

My fathers funeral went very well.  My dad left from Albin's in Bermondsey his birth place and it was lovely being there and seeing how they did everything.  They asked did anyone want to carry the coffin (which they did......different heights etc but it was sorted when we got to the crematorium) I cannot praise them highly enough.  Attention to every detail. They took a route to take in the area where my Dad had lived and John left a flower with a bow of the head.  
I could go on and on about all the details but enough to say they are superb.  The staff on reception just so helpful and feeling.  We had Albin's for my mums funeral also.  THANK YOU ALBINS. Thank you Simon and John and everyone involved in my dad's funeral...ones I may not have seen or knew names of.  Also thank you Steve our Chauffeur.

From when we arranged mum's funeral we were really looked after. On the actual day, Steve the Conductor and his colleagues looked after mum and us very well. They were respectful throughout the day and couldn't do enough for us. This made the whole day a lot easier to cope with. Thank you to Neil, Steve and the rest of the guys who looked after us.
