Your service and care for our family and my brother Jason was outstanding. 

You went over and beyond from  the moment we met with Simon at your office right through to the day of the funeral, we were made to feel well taken care of.

We couldn’t have asked for Jason to have been taken better care of and the family were so touched by the effort that was made. 

A beautiful touch and one I will never forget is when a single rose was placed on my doorstep before we left. It blew me away.

Every single member of you staff was dignified and respectful and for that we will be eternally grateful.

I was extremely impressed with the level of service and the respectful way in which all matters were handled. We were given time and space to discuss and decide what we wanted and the suggestions made were very appropriate and were not encouraged to make any particular choices. The range of services on offer were comprehensive and the office staff were superb, professional, efficient and sympathetic and the staff who handled proceedings on the day of the funeral itself were outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending F.A. Albin in the future.

Neil at the Mottingham branch is excellent at what must be an extremely challenging job. He explained everything to me very calmly and nothing was too much trouble. As a result, the whole process was a lot easier to deal with. His paperwork was spot on and I had no concerns that it would not run smoothly.
The men who came on the day were amazing. The main person (Steve?) was so respectful and very good at his job. The little extra touches like tissues and water in the car just add to an extremely professional service.
I recommend Albins to anyone who has the unfortunate task of organising a funeral. Their services are first class.

From the moment we made the first phone call asking for your help until the last minute of your services you guys are just 100% outstanding.
Joanna in the office dealt with us on the first day and throughout and all we can say is she was amazing, not at any point did she make us feel under pressure about anything, all she could do was help and reassure us and that goes for any other staff we spoke too.

I can't thank Albins enough for what they did for me looking after Howard whilst in their care, during the funeral they showed nothing but respect for my husband, myself and his family.
Thank you to Lyn for all her help organising the funeral.
I just wished they could take away the hurt that is left behind when your loved one passes.

The family of annie henry would like to thank albins of Walworth road and involved team from start to finish....there input to make it so person centred was so reassuring and they achieved this and the warm welcome and support was comforting to annies children..there was nothing else albins could do I the family have used albins before and will continue to so and recommendations to other families and friends have all ready been done and will continue to do so......well done Shirley and danny and team.....thank you for making our mums final day the best.....regards carrie/angela /sally/brian...thank you

My mother's funeral in 2008 was beautiful. It was all made so easy. I encouraged a relative to use Albin's in 2007, then used Albins again in 2010. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I love their motto..The answer is Yes, Now ask the question. The girls I have dealt with over the years are Debbie and Lynn are very professional, and very friendly, they feel like family to me.
I cannot fault their service in any way whatsoever. I will be using them again at a future time. I highly recommend them.

Where do we start... From beginning to end Neil couldn’t do enough for us from making sure we knew immediately that our mum was in the care of Albins to the day of the funeral when he was standing on the corner to pay his respects as we went past on our way to the funeral.Nothing was too much trouble .
On the day of the funeral the conductor made sure everything ran smoothly like a military operation ( without the Sargent major) never making us feel rushed and after the service giving us as much time as we needed to view mums flowers and speak to the vast amount of people that came to pay their respects. 
We would like to thank everyone that was involved in giving our mum the send off that she deserved we wouldn’t have been able to do it without you . The Reed family

Funerals are never easy for anyone. Very emotional and very difficult for family and friends.
Albins are simply the best. Everything was organised to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble. Always available to deal with any issue. They took away all the stress of organising the Church and the burial. On the day they were superb. They looked and acted the part from start to finish. The attention to detail could not be faulted. The Priest was extremely impressed with the way they handled all aspects of the funeral and burial and many of the guests made similar comments.
Simon and the boys made such an impression on everyone. We all departed feeling Peter had had the best possible send off thanks to them. What more can I say. Thank you is inadequate but heartfelt.
