They were kind courteous and professional. Everything went very smoothly which is so much needed on such an occasion.

I just wanted to say a huge thank-you to our Albins planner and the rest of the Albins team for making my dad's send off a very special day last Friday. We couldn't have asked for more, even the sun was shining! From the very first greeting to the departure at the wake the Albins team were amazing...congratulations!

If I could give 10+ I would.from the start when George and I think Bobby took Ruth they did it with amazing dignity. When I started dealing with Neil it was like having a best friend helping me along the way.Nothing was ever too much every time I saw I spoke to him I felt better knowing that he took another problem off me .
On the day John and the guys were absolutely fantastic and helped us to give Ruthie the send off she deserved .
I hope I don’t see them all again in the near future but be assured anything to do with me or my friends I know who I’ll be contacting .

Albins were simply fantastic. At a very difficult time they were kind and respectful and organised everything wonderfully for us. The funeral itself was handled by lovely respectful and super professional staff. I can't recommend Albins highly enough to anybody who needs help at such a difficult time.

Albins and Hitchcock were recommended to us and a very good recommendation it proved to be. They treated us all with the greatest courtesy and respect throughout and made what was a difficult and emotional time a little easier for us. Debbie at the Plaistow office was ever efficient and attentive in dealing with the detailed arrangements of the funeral and keeping us informed of matters. We greatly appreciate and thank all those involved prior to and on the funeral day.

Albins have done services for both my grandads in the past but I didnt really fully appreciate them at the time but this time round having to deal with them first hand for my mum I can honestly say they went above and beyond my expectations. From start to finish I can't fault them, absolutely amazing service, so kind and compassionate. Can't thank them enough for everything they've done for myself and my family.

From the moment we contacted Albin's they took an enormous weight off our minds. They listened carefully to everything we wanted and made it happen. They regularly rang to check things and dealt with everything in a compassionate but business like way, nothing was too much trouble.

The funeral itsel was perfect, dignified, personal and exactly what we wanted. The flowers were beautiful and the day went as well as any such day could be.

A heartfelt thanks to everyone involved and I recommendAlbin's with no hesitation whatsoever.

When I entrusted Albins to undertake the funeral of the most precious person to me I knew it wasn’t a mistake. 
Neil at the Mottingham branch dealt with everything from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and everything explained every step of the way. 
All timings were prompt. From arrangements to funeral service to collection of ashes Albins tick all my boxes, so very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anybody and should I need this service in future I will definitely be back.

From start to finish, the service we received from Simon and the team at Albin and Sons was excellent. They were caring, efficient and understanding and clearly dedicated to delivering the best possible service. Their attention to detail and discretion at all points was particularly welcome. On a personal level, I was supported at a difficult time and felt confident that my Dad's funeral would go just as we wanted. The vicar, who was great, was appropriately briefed as were staff at the Crematorium. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.
