Excellent service from start to finish !! Shirley and the team took the weight off our shoulders, advised us with things we were unsure off. 
And on the day of my husband Tony Houghton funeral, they couldnt help us enough. I'm afraid everything was very much a blur so don't remember all the names of the team, but our driver was brilliant joining in with the banter we were having in the car, and helping make a sad occasion a little happier just like our Tony wouldve. 
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you done for us.
Oh and I think the horses won the bet !!

We can't thank you enough for your care and respect you gave our late father. He had a wonderful send off. It was the small touches you provided as well, that made it a perfect send off for him. He would have appreciated it very much as well as did we as a family. Thank you.

When losing a loved one, the preparations afterwards tend to become quite precarious. Michael Thorpe provided the perfect balance of professionalism and compassion when dealing with our needs. A very courteous company, that retain humanity within their delivery - this is one company that I would definitely recommend repeatedly. Saying goodbye to our father and husband Darcus, was the hardest thing we could do as a family, but Simon, Shirley, Jon and the team at Albins were sensitive and supportive every step of the way.   They gave us the time and space to mourn the man we all loved so dearly, but were fiercely efficient in the background, ensuring everything went to plan on the day.

Dad's final farewell was a wonderful celebration of his life and the team at ALbins were instrumental in making it happen in such an organised and dignified way.   For that we are truly grateful.   THANK YOU!

The whole day was organised and carried out with complete percussion and dignity the staff of Albins as always were very perlite and professional informing us of what was going to happen at each time of the day 
Albins I believe are the company others strive to match but from the first visit to arrange the funeral to the end of the service there staff are so caring and committed to making the whole process as painless and dignified as your loved one would have wished for you

We were very impressed with the way my father and the family were looked after from beginning to end the care we were all giving especially from Chris and jo at your office they helped me to deal with certain things and nothing was to much trouble. Every. BodySpoke about how professional your drivers and pull bearers were and so very smart small little touches such leaving a flower at dads door was very moving and people noticed the things thank from the family

Our family is very small .these type of events and situations are and have been very few and far between. the professionalism of your staff at the parlour I.E. Debbie Fisher and your funeral team on the hearse and vehicles I.E. Lee and crew were truly amazing. They turned our sorrow into a manageable and truly beautiful final farewell for our son James Richard Cross. we were and still are really grateful for all that was done for us

My beautiful mum was in the best hands possible with Albin,s from the day she passed away to the day of her funeral. Joanna Smith one of the funeral arrangers was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job , the embalmers also do a incredible job and my mum looked absolutely beautiful and the care that mum received while laying in the chapel at Albin,s Welling Way with Christine was out of this world . The day the boys brought my beautiful mum home was one of the saddest but best days ever the level of care, compassion and the love that you get from these boys is unbelievable . Mum was finally laid to rest by the very best we cannot thank you all enoth from the bottom of our hearts for all the support we received as a family and for the level of care you showed us at such a difficult time. Godbless and sending all our love to each and everyone of you xxx
