We could not have been taken better care of as a family, on the day everyone was fantastic, but Lee in particular took really good care of Mum and I.

We intitially made all our arrangements with Jo, who was covering at the Mottingham branch, and she was amazing. Her professional, yet warm manor made the whole experience much more bearable.

As a family we’ve used Albins for years and years, and will continue to do so.

I cant thank Albins enough, especially Shirley the manager of the Walworth branch.... Iv had the unfortunate task of burying 2 loved ones in 3 months, & Albins & Shirley in particular have gone beyond to ensure a sad day went snoothly & was as perfect as could be in the circumstances, In event of another sad occasion I would only use Albins, 100% Fantastic service and value for money.

The Family used F.A Albin when our Father died 20 years ago and the experience that we received was impeccable. When our Mother died using F.A. Albin was her wish. Their warmth, professionlism, understanding of difficult time you are going through, communication, advice and support they provide all make a very traumatic and stressful time a lot easier to deal with.

Outstanding service from start to finish, so professional, kind, warm and made the whole process much easier to bear. Lynn at the Bermondsey centre was absolutely wonderful and on the day, Simon conducted everything perfectly, along with the rest of the team. Absolutely seamless, they sent my dad off with the utmost class and respect. Wouldn’t go to anyone else to handle our loved ones for their final journey.

We’d expected excellent service with attention to detail but in fact we got more than that. Right from collecting mum to the reception from Neil at the Mottingham office the following day, we felt looked after and everything was taken care of.  On the day of the funeral, we always felt like we were the most important thing in their day and that of course went for dear mum too.  We cannot fault Albins in any way.

Right from the first day walking into the funeral home meeting Debbie to the burial day, we experienced a warm, friendly, helpful yet professional service. Just what was needed when going through a very difficult time.
Every member of staff went extra miles in helping and honouring our mum. The pallbearers were excellent. A lot of our guests were very impressed. They really made the ceremony special.
I'm so thankful and deeply appreciate everyone involved.
