Our funeral was arranged by Caroline, it was not an easy task as there had to be a lot of calling around and juggling dates put both she and the team pulled out all the stops for us. On the day of our service we were looked after fantastically. Thank you for your incredible care.

My fathers funeral and service, was nothing more than perfect. 10 out of 10 to the Albin team. Especially Stephen and his team.
We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
A truly personal and professional company.
Hopefully your services will not be required anytime soon!

Staff treated us with respect, and Caroline was very helpful when planning dads funeral, also on the day George and the boy's were very caring and respectful, I would also like to mention Pauline who was the celebrant both her and Caroline were in contact with me throughout until we were satisfied with everything.

We cannot express our gratitude for the amazing support we have had from Albin's in organising our dads funeral. Mickey Thorpe is just exceptional holding you up from start to finish with compassion, efficiency and kindness. Knowing that my dad was in the care of Mickey and his team, gave us all great comfort. When the cars and Mickeys team arrived to take us to Kemnal, it literally melted our hearts, when Mickey walked in front of the cars along with his team, immaculate, professional and so caring. Mickey guided us every step of the way with heart felt warmth and we gave my dad a send off that looked fit for a King due to the expertise and efficiency and help from Mickey and his amazing team. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for taking such great care of our dad, we will be forever grateful. Love to you all. Lisa Murray and family x

Everyone at Albin's has been fantastic at such a difficult time.
Beautiful premises, welcoming and comfortable.
Joanne was supportive throughout. Friendly, sympathetic, efficient!
The team on the day of the funeral were very kind, approachable, professional.
Elaine and her catering team were brilliant, an excellent service at a reasonable price...and at relatively short notice!
We always knew we would use Albin's and we weren't disappointed. Would highly recommend.
One tiny bit of feedback, we had already set up a tribute page by the time we heard about the Albin's tribute page. If we had known about this earlier we would have made more use of the Albin's page. BUT that's the only slight negative!

Excellent service with very caring staff both in the office and on the day. Having been bought up in Bermondsey and been served in the past by both Fred and Barry it was a wonderful to see their high standards have found their way to Welling. Couldn’t recommend Albin’s higher.

From the start of my journey with Albins to the end i cannot fault the service and the caring for both my Mum and for my family. I felt relief knowing Mum was safe and being loved in their care from the first second. I could not have wished to be accompanied on this journey with anyone other than Caroline Morrison. At a time where my whole world went insane Caroline calmed me and made it easier for me to plan what i needed with her kindness, caring and guidance. Cannot thank Caroline and Albins enough for making Mums day perfect. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was given a recommendation via my daughter in law and she was so right the service was excellent from the start . The support and help was outstanding with clear unbias information . Nothing was to much bother and the whole process was so smooth, with so much respect for both Eric and myself . I would recommend F A Albin 100%. All the guests at the funeral had nothing but praise

The service by all the staff was so professional and friendly from start to finish. The cars were beautiful and the pall bearers excellent.I had many comments about how lovely the whole service  was and also Pauline the celebrant hit the right note throughout.  Catering too was excellent.So all in all I could not have asked for a better send off for my husband Bobby.

F A Albin and sons professionalism was prestige, Danny and Chris went over and beyond and had the upmost respect for our mum and for us as a family.
Everything ran smoothly and nothing felt rushed from all that attended we’ve had nothing but praise saying it was a beautiful service,to the best funeral they’d been to.
Jay Britton who sang both at Holy trinity and Honor oak crematorium has a beautiful effortless voice and to Caroline who helped us organise everything for her patience and understanding we couldn’t be more thankful it was in its entirety the best and most beautiful send off our lovely mum deserved
