I went to F.A Albin, Walworth to initially make some enquiries as my father had died. I was all over the place.

Shirley was brilliant!! Accommodating and informative every step of the way. My family were so impressed and Danny was just as amazing on the day. We all know that it's a difficult time, losing a loved one. The compassion for my family from Shirley and team made such a terrible time, slightly more bearable.

Simon and the whole of the staff simply exude class. Their limousines and uniforms are immaculate. The little things like Red carpet's when you get into the limousines, their kindness and compassion is something else. They made a sad occasion one never to be forgotten. Overall fantastic. Very professional service from start to end. We dealt with Danny from the Barking Rd branch who was polite and helpful throughout. 
On the day of the service the gentleman who came were elegantly dressed and conducted the occasion with class and consideration.  
Our whole family- my mum, guests etc commented on the high level of their service. 
I would recommend.

Kindness, respect, care, time, all these things were extended to us as soon as we rang to make an appointment.  From that moment on we received all these things and more.  Nothing is too much, whatever you ask Albins go the extra mile to make sure it is delivered if it is within their power.  The whole procedure was made so much simpler and bearable by our appointed representative Caroline. On the day of the funeral everything was taken care of with such professionalism by Jamie and his colleagues.  Although it was a sad day it was made easy by all of the Albin staff.  We can’t thank you all enough.

Right from the start, we knew we were in safe hands. Alfie and Mark were very respectful in collecting our sister Roxanne, showing a great deal of empathy and were professional in every way.

When we met Joanne Branch at Crayford to arrange the funeral, we knew we had chosen the right place.

Joanne showed compassion, kindness and respect in planning the funeral.

On the day of the funeral, Jon the Conductor made the day go so smoothly, with pall bearers Alfie, James, Louie and Jamie. We were not rushed at all so we're able to meet the beautiful black horses George and Fred and Groomsman Terry. This gave us a chance to speak with all the team who were all so lovely.

The whole day was wonderful and we fully appreciated the excellence of F.A.Albin's

We highly recommend them - they really are the Best ! Their attention to detail is second to none.

We could not recommend these guys more highly from the minute we were in contact with them, they made everything so easy Shirley was amazing as were the guys who carried out the funeral so respectfully and professionally.
It was like having family carry out the funeral they were respectful but also got our humour. We all agree that when our time comes they are the only people we would want to carry out our funerals.
