Our family have used Albins many times over the years and I’d recommend them without reservation. The staff are professional, kind and smartly turned out. They carefully listened to how I wanted my son’s funeral to be and carried out my wishes to the letter.

There are no words to describe the fantastic service from F.A.Albins.
The attention to detail was outstanding. The care shown to me at a truly terrible time was amazing. They really made an awful job  easier by the patience and understanding.
They are absolutely The Best and I would highly recommend them.

Albins were recommended to our family and we can certainly see why. They were exemplary. Dad’s funeral plans were both large and complicated and Albins sorted everything out with calm professionalism and warmth. We learnt early on that there were no barriers between branches, and we dealt with both Sidcup and Rotherhithe branches seamlessly and faultlessly. Everything about Dad’s funeral was perfect, and we cannot thank Albins enough. We will certainly recommend them to others without hesitation.

Shirley Manager  in the Walworth branch is always so helpful, makes everything very easy at such a hard time.

Always goes above and beyond to make sure the pressure is taken away from the family.

This is our third time using Albins cannot recommend their professionalism enough

Couldn’t fault anything with the service myself and family received.    My late husband was dealt with respectfully, which was what I wanted for him.   From start to finish myself and family felt in safe hands and couldn’t have asked for more from the team.    Couldn’t thank you all enough.

F a Albins conducted my mums funeral. The service was excellent and several family members commented on how wonderful the service was. It was a wonderful send off for my mum and we couldn’t have asked for better.

We found Albins to be both understanding and sympathetic to our needs. They were in contact with us all the way guiding us through the paperwork and requirements for the funeral service and interment of our mother.  On the day of the funeral Jamie was exceptionally helpful and sympathetic and took us through the motions of what was required of us with no fuss and total respect.

This is the second time I've used Albin's and am very happy to recommend them. Chris and Dawn in Welling were excellent as ever. Very supportive and kind but made sure all the details were correct. The team attending the funeral run by John were professional. Cars beautiful. Really made a difference to a very difficult day.

My father in laws funeral was arranged by Jo at the Crayford branch. As a family we cannot thank them enough for the care that was shown to us during this difficult time, we knew we were in safe hands. On the day of the funeral- George and his team were very respectful and professional in their roles, as well as showing genuine care to the family. We would thoroughly recommend Albin’s. During some of the most difficult weeks, they helped us immensely. We were lost with the process of organising a funeral  but they were kind, knowledgeable and professional helping us to organise the day. The online obituary page is a brilliant resource and we were given guidance on how to use this. On the day of the funeral, the service they delivered was flawless. The vicar at our church had said before the funeral day that in his experience Albin’s always delivered to the highest of standard and he was right. We will always be grateful to Albin’s for the respectful and high quality funeral service they provided and would recommend them highly.
