We were so impressed by F A Albins. What a wonderful service they provided. Their staff are so kind, caring, respectful and thoughtful. They couldn’t do enough for us at what was a most difficult time. They were so efficient and everything went according to plan and on time.  Their vehicles are immaculate as are their staff. We really cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amazing service, Joanne, Steve and all the boys couldn’t do enough for us, they think of everything to make sure it’s perfect. Myself and my family cannot fault them, they really are exceptional and so very thoughtful.

From the first point of contact to the last I can not find any fault with the service that the staff of F A Albins have provided.
An amazing extremely professional company who give the most amazing service.  
Elaine made us feel at ease every step of the way.  She assisted me and was very understanding of what myself and my family were going through.
On the day of the funeral, George helped me so much.  Such a difficult and upsetting occasion but he and his team couldn’t have dealt with it any better.  
They were all very accommodating to our needs and made everything possible.

On the day, Jamie and he’s team as well as the minister John, we’re incredible. They took their time and we’re respectful of our wishes.

on Friday 20th May my wife took her final journey, what an amazing job Simon and John did, so professionally conducted and compassion throughout the service.
I spent alot of time in the Chapel over the last few weeks and all the staff have been amazing.

Albins gave my dad an amazing send off. The day could not have gone any better. Steve and the guys were just so respectful, caring and professional and made a huge impression on everybody in attendance.

Father Owen made everyone feel that he knew dad personally, and married a religious service and celebration of dad’s life to the highest standard possible. He made eye contact with us throughout and took great care of mum.
