The care from the first moment I rang Simon was excellent and very professional by all members of staff. They looked after my daughter with compassion and love. Chrissy & Jo was always so caring and welcoming. George who lead the funeral and his colleagues shown so much respect to my daughter and all guests. Everything was explained and asked if that was what we wanted before being carried out. Albins & Son are a wonderful compassionate caring organisation and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much for making my daughter's day so special.

What fantastic service from a fanstic dedicated team. extremely professional, but also showed great empathy towards the difficult task that my sister and I faced in arranging our mums funeral. Jo's was so respectful and her gentle manner immediately put us at ease and made us feel part of the Albin family, Jo also gave us the highest reassurance that our mum would be so well looked after during her time with Albins.

We could not have wished for any better. nothing was ever to much effort and the attention to detail at all times from the smallest of gestures to lighting a candle and placing flowers in mums chapel, to ensuring mums dignity was kept at the heart of everything.

Jo kept us informed at all times and guided us through all the necessary procedures with such professionalism, but showing such respect, and appreciating how difficult a time it was for not only my sister and myself but also our family.

From the moment Albins were able to receive mum until the time they had to take their leave of her at the crematorium, our mum was in the safest of hands the conductor and bearers showed the greatest respect upon arrival to the crematorium by the team never leaving mum unattended for one moment. Steve carried out a magnificent job of conducting the bearers. Steve respectfully and sympathically guided our family through the procedure at the crematorium which was of great comfort.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us through a very difficult time and for all the kindness shown to us and to ease the transition of laying our mum to rest.

F.A. Albin & Sons went above and beyond. The entire funeral was handled with care, empathy and respect. 

The team on the day were kind and gave my father a great send off. 

Planning the funeral with Scott felt hassle-free and respectful. 

Also the Chapel of Rest at Cullen Road makes seeing loved ones prior to funeral feel peaceful. Every aspect of Albins made this time easier and allow us to focus on saying goodbye and giving my Dad a great send off.

From the moment I went into Albin at Head Office to Ask Simon for advice I was always made to feel welcome.The two ladies on reception always greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome.
All my needs were met for my mum’s funeral.
Johnathon who led my mums funeral was amazing in fact my mum’s funeral was amazing from the beginning to the end.Father Mark who gave a little Story of mum made me feel as if mum was there for me he brought her to life.
From the bottom of my heart I thank you all for helping me on such a hard time.
