They listened to our wishes and went above and beyond to make the day an extra special send off for Darren. Everything was truly exceptional from start to finish.  Albins looked after us as if we were members of their own family.  The respect, care and compassion shown, both to us and most importantly to our dearly departed son,  was amazing.  Nothing was too much trouble for our arranger, Joanna, who made sorting out the funeral so simple and straightforward for us.  

The service itself was completely bespoke and was just as we had wanted.  The celebrant did it wonderfully.  The conductor, chauffeurs and pallbearers on the day were similarly perfect, even managing to raise a few smiles and laughs to lighten the mood!  Everything was immaculate.  Their care and attention to detail on the day really shone through.

Albins are amazing!

Absolutely first class service. Their package, which includes online obituaries and photo slideshow accompanied by music, during the service all went to make the funeral very personal and precious time. Also the little touches water and tissues in the cars. Everything has been thought through very well. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Brilliant from start to finish, Dawn was so lovely and helped us every step of the way , if dawn was not available Christine was lovely and always there to help , Dawn used to call us every couple of days or so just to make sure we are all ok , on the day of mums funeral everything went like clockwork , Danny and they boys were so lovely and gracious , we could not ask for anything better, Dawn recommended Jan to be our officiator/celebrant , she was such a lovely lady and completely understood exactly what we wanted to say , so if you need an officiator please ask Dawn or Christine to book her. My sincere thanks to you all absolutely fantastic service x

Christine, Dawn and the boys at Albins Welling are amazing, they made a very difficult time easier helping with every decision that we had to make they didn’t mind how many times I contacted them or how many questions I asked they are always so caring. Myself and the family really appreciate everything they have done and my sister said yesterday how comforting it was being able to talk to them and we miss them.
