What can I say that many people before me have also said.Albins go above and beyond to care for your loved one.they really do care,from making the first phone call,to being dropped of in the funeral car,after the funeral.the whole process is done with the upmost care,and  Albins do it in their  own special way so that it  takes some of the pressure  of you and your loved ones.My family and friends would like to thank Jon Simon and Scott for the way they cared for and helped plan such a wonderful funeral for my brother.Xx

Danny and the team where absolutely fantastic. The care and attention to detail was first class. The discussion with Danny to make the arrangements where thorough but also included aspects I had not considered which made a big difference on the day. The major personal touch was the ability to visit a significant location on route toe the crematorium and we were able to visit my wife's family home. This made a huge impression on the whole family and was a great touch. The cars where impeccable and again the attention to detail was first rate e.g. the team had a carpet in-front of the car doors to allow passengers to step on before getting in. It may be common, but having the lead usher walk in front of the car at key moments was greatly appreciated. Everything went like clockwork and on a stressful day, it really made a huge difference.

I know that Albin International is a separate group, but I have to mention what a service they provided. Stephen was on top of all arrangement to repatriate my wife and there was absolutely no problems. He kept me updated throughout the process and also helped with the paper work to transport my wife's ashes to the Bahamas. Another first class service. The end to end process was seamless and made a huge difference to me and the family and friends.

We could not have asked for more. Everything from start to finish was no trouble at all and the team were amazing. We have used Albins several times for family members and will definitely be using again but hopefully not too soon. Thanks guys..

Jo and Steve made a difficult and sad time much easier to deal with.

They supported the family in making the arrangements to ensure mums send off was exactly as she would have wanted.

They kept in regular contact with me and remained professional and supportive despite me turning up unannounced to the office with any  additional questions I had.

Everything went to plan.

The support we got in planning mum's funeral was truly great. Caroline supported and gave us direction when it was needed. To be honest we were lost and in need of direction and some posititvity and this was supplied in bundles. I cannot put in to words how amazing Albins are. They treated us like family and one of their own. The kindness, love and support they showed us as family as well as how well they looked after my sister while she was asleep at Albins was unbelievable. They are beyond professional, respectful and thoughtful and they couldn’t have done anything better. We wouldn’t use anyone else but Albins and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Lynn was very lovely and helpful she explained everything to us and even broke it down for us and our mum who is in a wheelchair so she could understand too.
she always stopped and checked to make sure my brother who was on the phone could hear and understand what she was saying.
It was lovely to meet her she brings such a warm vibe to the place in Deptford.
