This is the second funeral F A Albins have done for me in the last few months, they go above and beyond. They make a trying time easier and for that I cannot thank them enough. The respect and consideration goes a long way. From Jo in the office showing compassion and making me realise I needed to grieve as well as focus on getting the funeral right, to the guys showing all the respect to the deceased and the living. All the small touches along way.

A very professional and warm environment. Caroline was amazing and organised the funeral exactly as we wanted and was always there if we needed to ask anything. The day itself was beautiful as can be with professional staff supporting us all the way through. A celebrant was arranged through Caroline who gave a stunning service. We cannot thank everyone enough.

The whole process from start to finish, Jo and the team at Albin & Sons looked after us as a family.  They understood our needs and were very professional, but at the same time made us feel at ease.   We knew that Dad was being looked after and in good hands.  On the day of the funeral we couldn’t have asked for anything  more, nothing was any trouble. They took time with us and we felt that a very difficult day was made easier with their help. Members of our family informed us that it was probably the best funeral they’d ever been to. Many thanks to Danny and the team for their sympathy and dignity. I cannot thank them enough.  We’re now learning to live without Dad, however we will never forget your support.
We would not hesitate to use Albin’s in the future.

We couldn't have wanted for better funeral directors. Albins have cared for 2 very good friends of ours who died young from their death until after the funeral. They did it with sensitivity and great skill, which is why my wife wanted to use them for her funeral when she knew she was dying. She would not have been disappointed. They guided us through the process and made all of hers and our wishes reality.

From the first phone call the service they have provided has been exceptional very professional, patient and considerate at such a hard time everything I would have expected without knowing what I was expecting in the haze of grief, the extra beautiful touches like placing a flower outside my dad's door for respect was just beautiful. This was the first time I'm I've had to arrange a funeral by myself I honestly didn't feel alone the pallbearers Owen the priest and Scott you can tell it's more than a job to you I can't thank you enough it's still early days with the grief but I know in the future looking back the service you provided and the day I will hold close to my heart it was a brilliant send off! thanks to you guys

I was so pleased we chose Albins for my husband’s funeral. We were treated with sensitivity and respect at all times and nothing was too much trouble for Christine and Dawn. Steve explained everything to us when we arrived at Kemnal Manor and organised everything in the Chapel and everyone was seated when the family walked in behind the coffin. I couldn’t fault anything from the first time we arrived to arrange the funeral until the end of the service. Organsing a Funeral was unknown territory for us; however as soon as we picked up the phone and walked through the Door; Mickey and all of his associates guided us impecably through the entire process. From start to finish, every detail was intelligible; every procedure was precise. Subsequently the Day itself reflected Albins absolute professionalism and was wonderful.
