The service provided was 1st class throughout the whole experience with you. From the ladies on reception to Jo, Scott & John and all the guys on the day of the funeral. The day although sad you made it very special to us. The respect and dignity shown from you all to my Dad is a credit to the Albin name. Thank you all so much.

We would like to thank all at Albins in Welling for their care, kindness and dedication to ensure Mums funeral went without a hitch. A special mention for Dawn, Chris & Steve for their empathy.

We had a number of comments from friends and family about the team on the day regarding the professional and respectful way they carried out their duties.

This is the 2nd time in 14 months we have used Albins and the service was exactly the same.

From the moment I telephoned FA Albins, I knew we were in good hands and my Mum would be looked after with care. When we met Joanne she reassured my Dad, Sister and myself straightaway and said they would take good care of my Mum. This immediately put us at ease at a time when we were experiencing so much sadness. Joanne guided us through the maze of what needed to be done. From the first phone call, to the day of my lovely Mum’s funeral, only kindness and compassion was shown. On the day, Steve and the other Albins boys were so professional and guided us through the service. No other funeral directors has a patch on Albins. We felt completely looked after and in very competent hands. Our family and friends all commented on how wonderful the service went. My Dad, Sister and myself cannot thank Joanne, Father Michael, Steve and the rest of Albins enough for the brilliant service they provided to us and to my Mum. In the words of how we finished my Mum’s funeral service, it was Simply the Best! Thank you!

It is with great pleasure to say that myself, family and friends, rate F.A. Albin of Sidcup as the best of all Funeral Directors to go to, for looking after a departed loved one and the following funeral. The attention and comfort they give to the breaved family members is superb, as is the care of the departed loved one. Our latest loss was of our beloved Mother, Della Patricia Fraser. When we visited her, so carefully had she been looked after, it was as though she was just sleeping peacefully. We have always found the people who work at F.A. Albin to be so caring and helpful at a time of great grief. The church service was excellent, giving our Mother a wonderful send off. Without a doubt, we would always recommend F.A. I would like to thank Simon Albin Dyer and the Albins Team for the excellent empathetic service they provided to my family and I. The Team were professional respectful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The death of a loved one is traumatic, we were grateful that Albins were there every step of the way. From the minute Dad was collected from home to when they drove us to the wake on the day of the funeral Albin's have been the most professional, caring and helpful funeral directors. In particular Mickey Thorpe, Sidcup branch manager, who guided us through the entire process. We are forever in debt to him and his boys fof the respect and love they showed Dad and our family.

I cannot express sufficiently in words the truly exceptional, and utterly professional service my family and I received from all the team at  F. A. Albins (Crayford). Joanne, Steve and the whole team made what was a truly
emotional experience, from start to finish, all  the more bearable and allowed us the chance as a family

Mum had the very best celebration of her life, from the moment we met with Elaine until the end of her "Farewell" our requests were met. Elaine dealt with every enquiry and question we asked of her. She was professional, caring, warm and personable. Attention to dets was second to none. Albins are the very best. Cannot thank them enough.

The past few months have been awful has my sister and I watched our mum fight against cancer. When our mum passed away we were both lost finding ourselves having to deal with funeral directors, informing people mum had passed and at the same time coming to terms with what had just happened. My sister and I both chose F.A.Albin has we wanted our mum to leave from my sister's house on the day of the funeral and F.A.Albin had a premises in Crayford. On the day our mum passed they collected mum from the residential home and took her away. When I called Crayford, Dawn answered the phone I said 'good morning you are looking after my mum' and her response was hello Sarah how are you. My sister and I knew from that moment that mum was safe. That someone was caring for her. She asked me how I was and really cared about my response. We arranged to visit a few days later to discuss the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble. We was made to feel so welcome and at home. Dawn was really interested to hear about our mum and gave us ideas for the funeral and by the end of the meeting we had arranged the funeral with a date and time. We later arranged to come and visit mum at the Chapel of Rest in the Crayford store where Jo took over looking after us. She prepared us for what to expect and made us feel so relaxed. One thing that stuck in my mind was that she said that of a night once they had tucked her in they would leave the lamp on so that she was not in the dark. We both thought that was such a lovely thought. The day of the funeral well I cannot fault it. Our mum had the best send off. It was beautiful. It was well organised, staff were outstanding especially Steve, Dawn and Jo. Our mum would have loved it. Thank you.
