They had my family and I at ease from the very moment we spoke to the amazing Joanne. Their customer service was brilliant, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral directors. We were referred too a lovely lady named Sacha, who was our celebrant through out the service, she was also amazing.

From the second we walked in the door,Dawn and Christine could not have made us feel anymore at ease, especially my mother who was very nervous.
We was taken through every stage with dignity and thoughtfulness.
Nothing was a problem and if we wasn't sure we was given great advise. We was always kept updated on how things were progressing.
On the day of the funeral everything was superb, from the men arriving with dad and and the respect they paid to dad and everyone who came.
I have the highest respect for all the staff at Albins and would 100% recommend anybody to them and their excellent service.

Chris and Dawn (welling branch) looked after the whole family throughout the process their help and guidance was exceptional and we are so grateful. On the day of my fathers funeral you could not fault the guys sympathetic and professional manner. From driving my dad from MFC to the crematorium and taking the family and “The Lion “ back to the wake. Thanks to everyone at Albin dad had the most perfect send off.

We found the help and service provided at all stages from picking up Tim's body at his home to the Cremation service at Hither Green to be everything we needed as a family to bring closure for Tim's untimely death

In particular both Caroline and Lynn were always available to answer any questions about funeral matters and at the cremation Owen provided just the right balance with the Service and George and the team the level of support we needed throughout the ceremony

Albin’s we’re exactly what you expect from a funeral director, Simon and Graham were both compassionate and willing to talk at any time to help with any issues or questions. They went above and beyond to help me return my fathers body to Turkey to be buried beside his father. I can’t thank them enough.

From Start to finish they as a family business show such compassion. I would personally like to thank Dawn and Christine in the Welling branch, who were there for me 24/7 if I needed them.
Also, Simon and the boys on the day.

I can't forget John and his wife who were so supportive to my neice Rebecca in getting my Mum out of hospital and getting the arrangements in place ASAP.

What can I say about Albins. The service is superb. A year ago they helped us with the passing of mum now a year later they have helped us with the passing of my father in law. My family have always used Albins as the service recieved is always personal and they are ready to answer your questions. Would recommend to anyone as the time and quality of the staff are excellent and the support is there when you need it most.
