A quick note just to say a big thank you for the service you and the Albin’s team provided for my family and I in relation to the funeral arrangements for my Aunt Maureen.

From start to finish the support and ultimately the delivery was in keeping with the requirements of the family, the day from start to finish could not have been better.

I have written separately to the Celebrant Michelle Harvey in the same manner, your recommendation to have her deliver the service was absolutely correct and she was integral to the day in the most positive way!

No one choses to go through these situations but the professionalism in your field shone through and made the whole process easier to deal with.

I have advised Michelle that our day ultimately turned into one of celebration as opposed to commiseration, collectively all had an input and helped us with saying goodbye to my Aunt.

The family can’t thank Albins enough, the service they provided for my mums funeral was 100%… so professional and caring, they put a rose at my mums front door as we were leaving, such an amazing touch, also everyone at the funeral commented on their professionalism and how smart, understanding and kind they were… that’s the reason why they are the best in London….
