What is there to say but brilliant. 
Joanne was so kind and caring kept me informed about everything regarding my mums funeral arrangements. There wasn’t anything else that could have been done. Albins went above and beyond what I expected they thought of every detail no matter how small. George who was looking after us on the day of the funeral was also exceptional. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They will be my 1st and last choice if I have the unfortunate position to arrange another funeral. Thank you doesn’t cover how greatful I am to Albins.

We have use Albin & Sons for all are passed Family members and friends.
I would like to thank Joanne Branch and Jonathan Fletcher and all the staff for the way they looked after all the funeral arrangements and for the respect and heartfelt sympathy they showed to Claire McPhillips, myself and my mum.
Funerals are hard to deal with as it is but with circumstances that made things so complicated. I cant thank Albin enough for everything they have done because the complications that we have had to deal with I know for a fact no other funeral Directors would do.

Albins certainly do go that extra mile and their standard of care is impeccable as always.

We had the sad loss of both our parents recently. Jo was so kind, patient and sensitive, giving us time to talk and not feel rushed. She was always available to discuss any queries we had.

It was a double funeral and Steve and the bearers were superb. The church is very old and narrow in places and they managed to place our parents side by side with such grace, dignity and care that many of the congregation commented on it.

Albins staff have shown respect and care to both our parents and us as a family. They are very professional and we are grateful for their guidance and service.
