I recently lost my mum unexpectedly and I’d never planned a funeral before but Jo and the whole team at F.A Albins Crawford have been brilliant throughout the whole process. From the planning to the actual day of the funeral everything was communicated really well and a fine tooth comb run over the details. Jo especially was always available to answer my questions and was very understanding and caring. I can’t fault them at all, just excellent.

Although, it wasn't a thing of joy that brought me and my family to FA Albin, but we received a lot of support and friendly advice from FA Albin. Our contact person, Joanne Branch, was very amazing. I also met Steve in the end and he was very kind, too. So thank you and God bless you all.

I can't give high enough praise to Jo & her team at Crayford Albins! Nothing was too much trouble, I was made to feel so Special and Not Alone during this horrendous time, treated with such sympathy & understanding....and being introduced to the Celebrant Teri, well, that just changed what could have been the most upsetting part of the whole experience to an almost joyful & uplifting one, full of love & humour & wonderful memories.
My grateful thanks to all, and from my family too. I don't think I would have got through this without you.

As a family, we have been using the services of Albin's for a number of years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They are professional, but caring, from the moment you first get in touch with them until the funeral is over. They try to make all the arrangements go as smoothly as possible so you don't need to worry. They are kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble.

From our first meeting with Neil at Albins office in Mottingham, through to the service itself, everything was done respectfully and professionally. Steve was in charge of the limousine and hearse on the day, and he and his team were immaculately turned out and the timing of the days events ran like clockwork. It was so good to have that professional support on the day, leaving family and friends to pay their respects to mum. Many thanks, Ian.

I would like to say a massive thank you to F A Albin and sons funeral directors for the professional and outstanding levels of service they provided to make my Nans final journey a pleasant one.

The whole team were amazing professional and courteous throughout the whole process and they made myself and my whole family feel special, comfortable and well informed throughout the day. We were well looked after throughout the day, and everything was perfect.

Our mum was treated with dignity and respect .

We really did not have to worry about a thing.
Steve on the day ensured everything went well.
Really cannot recommend Albins enough.
We had a funeral plan too which was a good idea as sensitive decisions re planning a funeral had already been planned and didnt need to be spoken about when so recently bereaved.

Albins gave a 5 star service, right from the moment we called them at 3am to ask them to come and take Christine's body into their care to the end of the funeral proceedings. The family's wishes were followed to the letter in a dignified and uplifting way and the funeral day was carried out smoothly in a totally professional and sympathetic way. Expenses were open and reasonable and there were no surprise hidden costs. Thank you Simon and George and all your staff!!
