From the moment we stepped in to their office, we knew that we made the best decision in picking Elaine and everyone at Albin. Our mum was given the best care. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful. And the guys were amazing on the day of the service. Please don’t hesitate in choosing them to help plan your funeral. You will get the best service and feel very much cared for. The services provided by F.A.Albin & Sons was exemplary. From the first contact just after Mark had passed away, to the funeral itself. Nothing is too much trouble and they accommodated our special wishes with good grace. They have been courteous and professional throughout. The hearse and the cars are top notch and every member of the team looked pristine. They certainly helped to make the whole day feel so special. No-one can match Albins for quality and care. They really are the Number 1 funeral directors.

Myself, my sister and my Stepmother were all delighted with the way F A Albin Walworth conducted the funeral and the arrangements therewith. From start to finish the service was dignified, noble and efficient. Shirley at the branch was warm and full of advice and suggestions. The Reverend John Walker who she recommended to conduct the service was extremely professional and welcoming and the service went without a hitch. On the day, the drivers and pallbearers were very pleasant, warm and professional. We were extremely pleased with the way the funeral itself was conducted. We also thought that our beloved Peter was presented in an excellent way in the Chapel of Rest, he looked so peaceful and so much himself. The recommendation for the lady who did the flowers, Flowers by Tanya, was also first class. Everything about the arrangements were top notch from start to finish; thank you F A Albin for your professional conduct and your service which made the funeral so special.

Couldn’t fault anything from start to finish. Joanne from the Crayford branch was so kind & thoughtful throughout and made such a sad time so much more bearable. She guided us through the whole process with such gentleness. Steve took such good care of us on the day and made sure everything went to plan. Such a professional funeral directors and can’t recommend them highly enough.

An excellent professional service from start to finish. All the staff that we had contact with were respectful, patient and very informative in answering  any questions that we had. From Shirley in the Walworth branch, to the team who took care of proceedings on the funeral day, I can’t fault any of them and would highly recommend Albin’s to care of any funeral arrangements. A fantastic service!

From the first phone call up until the funeral they were very kind and considerate. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they even helped with recommending a celebrant and a florist.  Both of which were just as lovely and helpful and would recommend to anybody.  At the very worse time of your life Albins make things a little easier.

Firstly want to thank Denise in the office who was an absolute star. Always keeping the family informed of times etc.
From calling the Albin to ask them to collect my dads body, the service received was impeccable. Everything was spot on, from the moment your cars arrived at our house, the drive to the church was something we will never forget.  The staff are very professional and patient. They know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure we were informed and understood everything that was going to happen. I cannot thank them enough for the lively service received. I highly recommend Albin to everyone. 
Johnathan thank you personally also for everything you did for my family on the day. You was amazing.

Words are not enough to express how grateful I am to Joanna and everyone at Albins for going above and beyond to make sure that my Nans funeral would be exactly how she wanted it. From supporting me and guiding me through the decisions that had to be made, accommodating all the requests that I made. They were all truly amazing. Jamie and everyone involved in my nans final journey did everything to ensure that the day went smoothly and was carried out with such care, attention to detail and real class.  I could not have asked for  more.

This is the third time I have had to ask Albins for help. First it was my Dad's funeral then my Brother's now my Mum's. As always I cannot thank them enough their thoughtfulness and professionalism deserves more praise then I can award them. If I didn't think that I wouldn't have gone back to them. Having lived in rotherhithe all my life as so my parents and grandparents we as a family over the years have had a close relationship with Albins starting before Barry.. then Barry taking over and running a strict regimental uttermost respectful service and then in the most latter years Simone and John becoming the forefront of this wonderful establishment and offering the same devoted quality of service.
December 03- 2021 we so desperately needed to call on Albins again as we sadly lost our beautiful dad Bertie and needed so much to send dad home to be with God and wanted to make his last journey here a most remarkable one.. just like in the past they delivered.. they so delivered.. and we were able to say goodbye with the utmost class.
So thank you to all at Albins especially Simone whom had  personally taken over the arrangements for dad and the girls at the forefront of the desk who only ever greeted us with warmth kindness and sincerity also to the boys and men that drove  the cars and took great care of family members, the coachman  that  steered the  horses and carriage,  and to David who took great care and looked after dad when we couldn’t be there for him 
God bless you all we are so proud to have this little gem in the heart of our homeland x

Very professional and efficient staff. As a family this was our first experience arranging a funeral and although a difficult process it was made seem less by Joanna and the team. On the day George was on hand to go through every stage of the day. Any questions we needed to ask was never an issue or problem. We had family travel from Ireland and they were so impressed on how professional, organised and efficient the whole day went. We as a family are so grateful that our Dad had the send off he deserved. Communication was fantastic and Denise sorted everything out and made it as easy as possible.
