At a time of great sadness and in need of guidance, I turned to F.A. Albin to help me. Knowing of their impeccable reputation, I knew I would be well supported and that my beloved Uncle would be in the best of hands. From the very first moment, I was treated with such tenderness and this continued throughout. The levels of respect, compassion and professionalism was second to none. F.A. Albin went above and beyond for us and I can't thank them enough. The levels of respect demonstrated and the way we were looked after puts them in a league of their own. I will be forever grateful for their support during such a difficult time.

I would highly recommend using Albins's services to anyone who has lost a loved one. The empathy and professionalism of all their staff is outstanding and I'm not sure how I would of managed to get through such a difficult time without them. Shirley who is based at the Walworth Road branch had been my rock from the beginning to the end and was always available if I needed her no matter how small.

From our initial call to when they dropped everyone back at the house after mums cremation, my family and I could not fault anything.  Everybody was totally professional and genuinely caring. Denise made everything easy for us to deal with and she was very kind and understand during a time that was very hard for us all during our loss.

Chris and Dawn at Albin Welling, we’re amazing. They took care of every little detail and made the process flow as smooth as it could possibly be. The care and compassion they showed the whole family will always be remembered.
  The attention to detail given by all of the staff, before and on the day, meant that we were able to give our  Mum the best send off possible. 
We will forever be thankful for the support they gave us at such a difficult time.

Caroline helped us through the whole process with such warmth and sensitivity. She oversaw everything and ensured it ran smoothly. My Dad got the send off that he and we wanted. We were blown away by all the staff that we came into contact with. We would highly recommend Albins in Rotherhithe.

The staff at Albins are the upmost professionals. They treated Dad and us with the utmost care and dignity and no detail was overlooked. We as a family would like to thank Neil in particular who made one of the hardest experiences so much easier due to his warmth, care, consideration and sense of humour. He went above and beyond and we will always be grateful! We couldn’t have asked for more as a family and truly respect and appreciate the outstanding service and care that has been shown.

With the guidance and advice from Mickey our stepfather had a wonderful send off. From the red rose left on mum's doorstep to delivering us to his wake, F A Albin were exceptional.
