When my husband passed away in 2008, I was recommended to go to F.A. Albins.  In the past 13 years, have also recommended Albins, to friends,as I think they are the best undertakers in South East London.  Recently, my cousin passed away, so naturally went to Albins,  Mottingham branch.  Neil, the manager, and Denise.  I was shown, compassion, and were both very helpful.  On an extremely sad day, it was lovely to know, I was giving a loved one a good send off.  A beautiful touch was the lilac rose, left under my door knocker, which smelt beautiful, just like the people working for F.A. Albins.

Very professional, helpful, respectful and full of compassion and empathy. I trusted them fully to care for my mums funeral and they did not let me down. Christine and Dawn are so lovely and go that extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Steve our funeral conductor on the day was fantastic and so kind along with the rest of the team. They make a very sad and difficult day easier to cope with. Thank you

I had originally gone with another company which I was not satisfied with.  Got in touch with Shirley at Albins and straightaway a date was set .. arranged everything - all with dignity and respect for my dad. They were truly amazing and I am setting up a funeral plan for mum and myself with them as I know that it will be the professional dignified respectful service they gave my dad

We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by all the staff at F.A. Albin Sidcup. The men who collected my father's body were efficient and very respectful. Mickey Thorpe, in the office, was helpful and informative at all stages – he gave us excellent suggestions and answered our questions promptly and well. The funeral itself was very well conducted – the funeral director and his staff supported us and our guests and were very considerate, particularly with disability access and inclusion. On the day, it was a lovely gesture when the hearse drove past the Albins Office and the staff stood outside and bowed to our funeral procession – we were very touched by that. Also, the route taken between the funeral and wake was well-chosen to take us through the most scenic areas in our local landscape. Albins was recommended to us by other family members who have used their services – we are very pleased that we chose them and we will certainly recommend them to other people.

I cannot thank Albins enough for everything they did for me and the support they gave me in organising Ray’s funeral at what was an extremely difficult time. They are so professional and caring in what they do. In particular Dawn who was absolutely amazing, a wonderful lady who was always there for me. I can’t thank you enough. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Albins. Every single detail was dealt with, nothing was too much trouble. All very professional but very approachable a balance I think is very difficult to manage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Albins have done both my parents funerals, I have to say there attention to detail is outstanding !! 
Jon and his colleagues are amazing and make a somewhat upsetting time in your life a whole lot easier by pretty much taking all the stress away to allow you to grieve with your loved ones. I not only have to thank Jon personally but Christine and Dawn at the Welling branch of Albins who were absolutely incredible with there patience, compassion throughout.
Outstanding service, thank you for everything.

The whole team were excellent, very professional and made a difficult time a lot easier.
I would definitely recommend  F A  Albin to anyone needing to arrange a funeral, and would advise to use the team from Crayford as the service from start to finish was first class.Nothing was too much trouble for the team and a special mention for Joanne at the office and for Steve on the day of the funeral for their help and patience

Chris and Dawn cared for us at the Welling Branch and Steve and his team looked after us on the day. They were all extremely professional and at the same time very kind and anticipated everything we might need.
