I really cannot say enough to express how wonderful Denise and all the staff at Albins have been . My dad was treated with the utmost care and respect whilst in the capable hands of the Albin team. Nothing was too much trouble and everything  was organised by them down to the last detail. My dads send off went so smoothly and they really thought of everything , even down to providing water and tissues in the cars and at the crematorium. The service they provide is second to none and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Albins to anyone , thank you so much for making my dads send off so beautiful . X

Everyone is always so very friendly, kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble.

We had Scott for my sister Joy's funeral 2 years ago, he was absolutely brilliant then, and still as brilliant for my dad George too x

George was also very kind and caring, he was with us on the day we said goodbye to my lovely dad x

All the ladies at the reception was also very lovely, friendly and helpful x

We will never go with no one else.
You always make sure our loved ones are well looked after, just the same way you do with us.

You all have so much compassion, care and love, which is exactly what we all want and need at such a sad time x

Dad always said he had to go with you, as he loved the way you all have so much respect for everyone.
Plus as he was always saying Fred Albins is the best, very good to work for. Everything has to be done so perfect, even down to there socks x

Also its great that you now have Elaine to do the catering, her food was absolutely amazing, everyone said how nice it was.

So a massive, massive thank you to you all xx

Scott I will be back to arrange my funeral very soon x

Our involvement with Albin’s was excellent from the moment I contacted them. They were helpful in all areas from collection of our mum after her passing through to the arrangements of the funeral, the seeing of our mum in the chapel of rest to the day of the funeral itself. Joanne and Denise’s help in sorting things out over the phone and in person, Steven’s help and the excellent way he conducted the funeral from leaving our home, he even allowed the hearse to pass my mums residence where the neighbours were waiting to pay their respects, to arriving at the crematorium his consideration of all the family with his kind words and instruction. We could not of asked for a better send off for wonderful Mum Thankyou so much Albin’s and all those involved.
