I really would like to commend F A Albin&Sons for the way they received us from Day One and guided us through a very unexpected and difficult time in our lives. The compassion and care they demonstrated was reassuring and they were always available to respond to our many questions, as we had never been through this process before. I would like to especially thank Joanna and Scott for bearing with us and being so kind. This really eased our minds and made a difficult situation less burdensome.They took over the process and what a relief this was to us who were grieving. Thank you to all the lovely staff who worked behind the scenes throughout this period and also on the day of the burial. God bless you all.

The team at F.A. Albin were fantastic. From first contact to the funeral, they were professional, compassionate and courteous. My husband's prepaid funeral plan was delivered with care and understanding.Optimum support was given to me and my family and all our wishes were dealt with with empathy. The funeral service and subsequent burial including requested music were delivered respectfully and in perfect taste. The sincerity of all staff at Albin's was a great comfort. Thank you.

I cannot fault the service given by F.A. Albin and Sons. From the first visit to the premises to discuss the funeral, the telephone calls and emails to confirm decisions made, to being driven back to the wake, it was the most professional service I have encountered in a very long time. Every single member of the personnel I met were exemplary in their care and attention to detail and I felt well guided throughout the whole process. This helped me mourn as I wished, without having to concern myself with the minutia of the day.

The family of Derek Johnson do not have the words to describe how grateful we are to Simon, Jon and all at Albins in Bermondsey for the caring, respectful way they handled the funeral of our brother. From start to finish, all the difficult decisions that had to be made in the run up to the funeral were made easier by the knowledge, experience and, above all, empathy of the Albins team and the support they gave us.  Dawn and Chris were absolutely amazing in dealing with every aspect including family and making us all feel comfortable with great understanding and professionalism.
