The only problem was the funeral should not off been booked without a death certificate. This was the first time a family member has died at home . It gave my mum unnecessarily upset . Everything else was well done . I have been told you should not book the funeral . Neal did sort out the problem and it was not his fault.

What can I say about Albins - I could write a book on how marvellous they all are.
The service you receive is phenomenal. The personal touch is amazing - they all make you feel like part of their family. Arranging a funeral is one of the hardest things I have had to organise in my life but Albins especially Mickey & John, made me feel at ease and I am so grateful for that. I could not have done this without their help, advice and guidance.

Albin's have been nothing but flawless in helping to arrange the funeral of our beloved George Warner. Jo, Steve and the Albin's team were helpful, supportive, caring and made us feel so welcome in one our of saddest times as a family. They are a credit to Albin's and we don't know how we can ever thank them enough for their love and support. Their professionalism, respect and dedication to our family and attention to detail made the day a beautiful celebration of George's life. We are forever grateful to the team.

I cannot thank Shirley o'callaghan at Walworth Road Branch was excellent as always with me and other members of my family. during this very difficult time The Conductor Danny made sure that things went very smoothly on the day. We were so impressed by F A Albins. What a wonderful service they provided. Their staff are so kind, caring, respectful and thoughtful. They couldn’t do enough for us at what was a most difficult time. They were so efficient and everything went according to plan and on time.  Their vehicles are immaculate as are their staff. We really cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the first point of contact to the last I can not find any fault with the service that the staff of F A Albins have provided.
An amazing extremely professional company who give the most amazing service.  
Elaine made us feel at ease every step of the way.  She assisted me and was very understanding of what myself and my family were going through.
On the day of the funeral, George helped me so much.  Such a difficult and upsetting occasion but he and his team couldn’t have dealt with it any better.  
They were all very accommodating to our needs and made everything possible.
