Highly professional service from a start to finish. Albin’s  took care of every detail from collecting my Mum to her burial, no request was too much for them to action.

The funeral director, John, and his team were very respectful throughout. 

So glad I chose Albins to take care of my Mum on her final journey.

If I could put ten stars I really would, the service received throughout from start to finish for my Grandads funeral was remarkable.
Albins just go that extra mile so friendly and sympathetic which is comforting at such a sad time.
My family have used Albins from as long as I can remember and never fail to amaze me, thank you to all that helped give my grandad the most PERFECT send off and made me feel as though he was royalty xxx

I cannot praise Albins enough. Shirley Danny and the drivers were amazing when my mum died 8 days after burying dad. We used Albins walworth  branch for dad and they were so amazing we went back for mum. Nothing is to much trouble and the most important thing for me is how they treated my parents with dignity.  Highly recommended.

Everyone @ Albins from the first call after mums passing to dropping us at the wake was exemplary-: They treated mum & us all with utmost respect - every detail was fulfilled beyond our requests - they truly made mums funeral arrangements so much easier than I could ever have imagined - if a funeral from start to finish can be described as beautiful then this is what Albins achieved - we are eternally grateful

From the day Our Dad passed Albins went out of their way to help us as a family, especially my Mum, Everyone was so kind in Albins.
Scott was amazing and kept us informed of everything more or less daily via emails and phone calls, even the day before the funeral he called me to make sure everything was ok & we was ok as a family.
The day of the funeral was obviously upsetting but all involved couldn't have been more patient and caring towards us all and my Dad and all the guest.
Beautiful service given by Father John just as we arranged and so much respect given from all of Albins.
Thank you all from the Atkinson family, you made my Dad's final journey a celebration of his life and made it special like Our Dad deserved... Thank you.

Almost everybody that goes through this process does so without experience, and at the worst point. Truly, I always felt supported, that I had a friend, and that there was little to worry about.
Our previous vicar from a parish some distance away helped take the funeral. He was impressed by your service and professionalism. I’m sure that his view is the most informed.

Organising a funeral for the first time, after just losing my Dad, was a very daunting prospect. From the first moment I contacted them right through to the end of the funeral, Albin's gently guided me through the whole process in a tactful and supportive way. I only had to speak to one person, Simon, from start to finish; this made such a difference because everything felt so personal. Simon was always prompt, responsive, professional, incredibly patient with any changes to plans and just very kind. He went out of his way to make things as easy and comfortable as possible for us. Given my family are Iranian, there were also some cultural differences in terms of the funeral (e.g. music, readings, practices); again, Albin's were excellent with all of this. I feel like I've been very lucky and I can't recommend them enough.

We were met with very tragic circumstances surrounding the death our dad, and loving husband to our Mum, during this time of inconceivable grief and suffering somehow Albin’s with their compassionate approach and care for my mum, the family and my late dad made things a lot easier on the family. Denise Creed in particular based at the Mottingham branch was just the tonic we needed. Despite our sadness she made this a very happy journey for us all. Denise and the team made everything possible even allowed us to be able to hold our dads hand with dignity despite the length of time because of the circumstance, when I am sure most Funeral Directors would have said no, Albin’s said yes, we will make it possible, they were constantly guided by want the family wanted and needed. The way they treated all the family and my dad with so much respect and dignity really moved us to tears. There was very little for us to do, Albin’s took care of everything you can just tell they respond to everyone individually. The service and my Dad’s day was made fit for a King our King Arthur, To Albin’s and the Team we would never forget your kindness and compassion see you at the memorial Gardens on the 1st, as this is not the end this is only the beginning, Love Annette, Jennifer, Karen, Lisa, Claire, Danielle, Ajay, Amelia, Giovanni and Colin a huge thank you and an even bigger thank you from Arthur. XX

The most amazing service and compassion. From start to finish. Shirley was so lovely. And guided us all the way . John and all the men . Where so caring . It was tasteful caring and extremely meaningful. They all went over and above . Made a heartbreaking time , more bearable. And everything was as perfect as it could be. Amazing people.
