My family and my wife's family have used Albins for all the funerals that have occurred in our families since 1940 and probably also between the wars and they have always provided us with an excellent service.

They are family undertakers and do everything humanly possible to ensure that the funeral proceedings are done with dignity and compassion.

My Family & myself were so extremely grateful from the first telephone call to the final day of Kevin's Funeral. When George and Billy came to our house on the 17th of November to take Kevin to the Chapel of Rest they were smart respectful as was the person who I spoke to on the telephone. We visited Kevin nearly every day and everyday was like the first visit. On the day of Kevin's Funeral our Funeral Director was George and nothing was too much trouble. Toby our dog said his goodbyes to Kevin who he misses very much. The flowers were arranged beautifully around and on top of Kevin's coffin and his photo was there aswell. The little things meant so much to us the rose left on our doorstep the mat that was by the car tissues water and sweets. The lovely gesture was when we passed Albins mottingham Denise and Neil outside bowed their heads truly respectful. The drivers of the limousines cars were polite smart and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble the staff at mottingham and the staff we dealt with on the day were out of this world and we cannot thank you enough on making a very sad day so beautiful.

So helpful Joann in the office so helpful from booking funeral to seeing us family and organising the funeral. On the day Steve and drivers were composed, professional, and fantastic informing us what was happening no rushing around everything was taken in their own stride. They did an excellent service for us and our dear dad god bless. Thank you so much. The Williamson family.

John, Jane and the guys are just amazing.  At such a painful time they help with so much and do everything they can to help.  They do not provide a service they provide friendship, guidance, help, support, advice, comfort and kindness.  We really do not know what we would have done without them. They are very special to us.

Firstly I would like to thank Elaine for amazing service,care and attention to detail in handling our booking. From start to finish she made sure we were happy and understood everything. Once my mother was in your care you looked after her and made us a family feel she was in the best hands. On the day of the funeral the service we received made us feel like royalty. George handled the family along with the other gents with the upmost respect and care. I would like to thank you all for making a very difficult and emotional time stress free.

Funeral arrangements with Albins couldnt of been done any better so caring & helpful they listen to what you want to be done & they do it 100% on the day the young man whom looked after me was incredibly caring anything I needed he was on hand to help me I certainly would recommend Albins to my family & friends with the service they so kindly gave me thank you to Scott the funeral arranger & Danny who looked after me on the day xx

We used Albins for our Brothers Funeral they were excellent from the Moment we walked through the door. Caroline guided us through and was so kind and a complete professional we will never forget her kindness ..On the day of the Funeral we had Danny to guide us again his kindness and professionalism shone through in fact the whole Company were wonderful it's all the little touches but they all mean so much Thank you to everyone at F A Albins

Neil and Denise are incredible at their job very sensitive and supportive though out the whole process of preparation for my sister funeral, Rev Owen was also a good support prior to the funeral, on the day and even contacted us afterwards. Our driver and the whole team were respectful and thoughtful to our family and friends, I  would highly recommend Albins in Mottingham  to my friends and family.
