My Mum passed away in July and due to outside factors, the funeral did not take place until September. Steve, Jo and the whole team were fantastic during the whole process. They went through everything in detail, they maintained contact throughout the waiting period. They were always at the end of the phone to offer help and advice if needed. On the day of the funeral they arrived in plenty of time before we had to leave. There were some lovely touches. Steve laid a flower on my mum’s porch. While passing the branch in Sidcup, a member of staff stood outside and paid her respects as we passed. On arrival at Kemnal park, Steve also paid his respects to my sister, who is laid there, by placing a flower on her plot. The whole family had nothing but praise for them. We cannot thank the whole team enough for making a very emotional day run smoothly and give Mum the best goodbye that we could.

I cannot recommend Chris and the team at Welling enough, they made the whole family feel welcome and safe in their hands. They kept us informed at every stage and nothing was too much trouble (even when getting numerous calls from us a day).

They couldn't do enough for us and ran us through the whole process, so that there were no surprises. The day before the funeral Chris personally called me which was incredibly touching.

On the day the guys were absolutely amazing, incredibly respectful and made the whole process run smoothly.

Jill the alternative minister was brilliant and made us feel that she knew Sue even though she didn't, but didn't go over the top as we have sometimes had in the past.

If I could give F. A. Albin & Sons 10 stars - I would, as much as I don't want to have to speak to them again (for obvious reasons) I cannot see us using anyone else if the need arises.

I cannot thank the whole Albins team enough for all the help & support they gave us in transporting Terry home to UK, keeping us updated & then arranging the very best send off for an amazing man.   Christine & Dawn were amazing in helping us through the toughest of decisions.  Neil & his team helped us through the day of the funeral and ensured Terry received the respect he deserved.  We cannot tell you how much all of this has meant to us as a family and cannot recommend this wonderful family run concern enough.

Choosing the right Funeral Director to deliver your final farewell to a much loved family member is quite a responsibility. I'm sure many Funeral Directors could carry out the job admirably, but our very first impression of Albins in Welling was what prompted us to choose them.

Christine and Dawn guided us gently through the process of organising Mary's funeral and were very respectful of our feelings at such an emotional time for us. They put forward some good suggestions which we were able to personalise to suit what we thought Mary would have liked, and which also satisfied our family.

On the day of Mary's funeral, our Funeral Conductor, John and his team ensured everything ran incredibly smoothly, from the minute they arrived at the address Mary was departing from, right through to the Church Service, burial at a nearby Cemetery, and our return to the home address. One particularly lovely and thoughtful gesture from Albins, was to place a beautiful Cerise Pink Rose (Mary's favourite colour) on the front door of the property, just before the Hearse and Cars left for the Church.

We can honestly say we were exceptionally pleased to have entrusted Albins with such an important day for us. Their professionalism, care and sense of pride in what they deliver was very evident, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others looking to provide a very dignified and personal farewell to a loved one. Our sincere thanks to the entire Albins Team.

Words cannot express the deep gratitude that I have for Albins. Their exceptional, attention to detail is outstanding. They observe and are empathic to cultural differences even watching a YouTube clip to ensure that they tied our attire perfectly. They really do go the extra mile.

Our Funeral Arranger, Scott was excellent, there was no job too small or too big. We were matched with Rev Owen who was our Minister, a true gem, extremely patient and kind. I honestly would not have a clue as to what to do without Albins.

The team exceeded my expectations. Thank you Scott, Kristen, Pete, Rev Owen, Jason Cox, the kind gentleman that paged my Father to his place of residence. The pall bearers and all that made my Dad's funeral so special. If you need someone that you can trust, you can really count on Albins.

Alison's funeral was arranged by Elaine at Albin's Deptford branch. She and her colleagues were professional, courteous, helpful and efficient. No detail fell short.

From the moment I spoke to Joanne at Albins Crayford I knew that my Dad was in good hands, he would be looked after and his funeral would be exactly as it should be.

The support and guidance I received from Joanne was second to none, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing! The respect shown to my Dad was exceptional both before and on the day of his funeral.

The whole experience, start to finish, made what was a really difficult time that much easier to navigate and deal with. I can't thank or recommend the Albin's Team enough.
