Jonathan Terry is a very professional, respectful, sympathetic with a calm demeanour. He makes a difficult time easier to bear. He was happy to take thing at pace that we as a family were comfortable with. Nothing was too much trouble. The chapel of rest was peaceful, dignified and respectful. All his staff are friendly, kind, considerate and Caring in their approach to everything.
