The team at Jonathan Terry were excellent, from meeting them to make the arrangements for Dad's funeral and up until the day of the service. Every staff member was kind, caring and extremely professional throughout. Having used JT for both my mother in law and father in law's funerals, we would not consider using anyone else! Thank you all for your wonderful service.

Every member of staff was amazing,with their caring and warm concern that the day would be as smooth as possible for the family. Nothing was too much trouble and every detail was remembered. I felt cocooned and safe in their hands,which was so appreciated when I was feeling so vulnerable and lost. So professional and discreet. I cannot praise them enough and all the family thought the funeral was exactly what Peter would have wanted, and Michael Smith had totally captured the spirit of my son. An amazing team whose expertise was wonderful. Thank you so much .

Jonathan Terry Peartree, have been used by my family for around 30 years, this in itself shows how this friendly family firm services are, and why we as a family will always use them.

Always at the end of a phone, ensuring your relative is looked after as wished, to helping with all the small details of planning.

All the staff are caring and professional, but most of all they are supportive and understanding when going through the hardest times.

I can't fault them, nothing was too much trouble.. they are a shining example. We are lucky to have them here in Southampton

Jonathan has a very calm and patient manner and the whole company is very professional - we always knew what was happening, we gave approval on all the necessary printed announcements like the echo and order of service. On the day Jonathan told us what we needed to do and ensured the close family were happy with everything. We ordered the flowers via Jonathan at Flowers by My Leslie and they were beautiful. We met the celebrant before the service and a neighbour asked if he was a close friend of my Dad's which I think is a tribute to them getting the story across. I would absolutely recommend Jonathan Terry
