We cannot praise Tom and his team highly enough. Their empathetic approach, the  information given , their caring and calm approach to everything has only helped us get through what we can only say is the worst time of our lives. Tom has been there any hour and day without hesitation. Delivering an amazingly knowledgable and supportive service and advising us closely along the way. 
From the onset Tom was great even up until the funeral day where he and his team just surpassed our every need so empathetically and without any great issue - such a calm nature and approach to everything. Even choosing the best celebrant to suit our dad and his ways. Even to this day the last few bits to sort and we are still welcomed and communicated to with greatest care.  The whole experience has been so devastating for us as a family but without this supportive rock it would have been so much more tricky. Our upmost thanks and heartfelt gratitude goes out to Tom and his team forever in our hearts at this sad time. Thank you  Lyn, Claire and Ali
