The service got better, but at the start i had to call to get the information. We asked if someone could let us know when Maurices body was back from the hospital mortuary as his daughter was quite stress about him being to long at the hospital, that didnt happen. I was also told that we would receive a call when Maurice was ready to be seen in the chapel of rest that also didn't happen and i had to call. Apart from that the service was ok.

Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors have been absolutely brilliant all the way through this incredibly difficult process. They made things straightforward for us from the very start, as well as being so understanding at every point. All of the staff I interacted with were excellent, the communication was exemplary and they are all a credit to the company. From someone who finds it difficult to not be in control of certain processes, everything went perfectly on the day of the funeral and their professionalism shone through. They made what was a very difficult day somewhat easier. Thank you so much to everyone involved, my dad would definitely have approved. I would have no problem recommending Jonathan Terry to anyone who needs them.

Jonathan Terry dealt with the funeral of my much loved wife, Sandra. In all their dealings they were very professional and sympathetic. Slightly disappointed with the mix-up regarding the mourners cars but this was efficiently and reverently rectified. They have very kind and caring staff with a very dignified and reverent approach to the whole, extremely distressing, proceedings. Would certainly recommend Jonathan Terry in the future.

On my first telephone call to the office, chocked with tears I couldn't get my words out. Matthew was patient and told me to take my time
The whole team have been incredibly kind, understanding and supportive during this very difficult time.
For the one we lost, we had the send off he deserved. The service was beautiful and it was reassuring to know our precious loved one was in safe care from the get-go. Thank you so much.

The process from initial booking to the funeral itself was very easy and despite Covid restrictions dictating that all arrangements had to be made by phone was pretty much stress free.
The service itself and the printing of the order of service/memorial booklet for my Father was much appreciated by myself and our family.
We found all of the Jonathan Terry team we met to be extremely professional and very focussed on making our experience as stress free as possible.
