From the first point of contact Jonathan and his colleagues were kind, compassionate, patient, understanding, and efficient. They held our hand through the whole process, kept us informed, gently reminded us when things needed to be submitted to them, and on the day did our Mum proud. Jonathan Terry came highly recommended by others and we were not disappointed. Thank you taking the stress out of organising the day so we could focus on saying good night to our Mum

From our initial meeting Ben and the team were professional, attentive.

Our Mothers cremation organisation was genuinely caring, compassionate, empathetic.

My brother and i were kept up to date with the procedure's progress, very well informed throughout.

Our specific requests were given an impetus by all concerned in the planning.

All aspects of our Mother's Celebration of life were carried out with respect, dignity, care . Any additional distress was removed due to the imperturbable respect shown by Ben and the team.

The chapel of rest was beautiful, tranquil and provided a priceless last moment with Mum.

Everything was efficient, smooth accomplished for Mum and her family.

I thank you all for making an emotional , gruelling time easier than it would have been without your proficiency.

A professional and caring service by Jonathan Terrys team. From collecting dad from the care home the carers said how both dad and themselves were treated with dignity and respect and this also extended to the family. A first class team at Jonathan Terry. Everyone that we had any sort of contact with be it by phone or in person were respectful at a difficult time, and most importantly made you feel like you and your loved one were in safe hands.
On a previous occasion it was Jonathan Terrys team that came out to my mum in the middle of the night they were still all dressed impeccably as always as was the case for my husbands funeral. I also used a celebrant suggested by them Diane she was so friendly and again conducted a first class service. They think of everything which is what you want at a challenging time.

The service from Jonathan Terry is like no other, they go above and beyond to give your loved one the most special, memorable and one of a kind send off. They guide you through every step, taking away any of your worries. Should I ever need to use a funeral directors again there’s nowhere else I’ll be going, the service received was faultless.
