The kindness, sensitivity, support and professionalism I have experienced from Jonathan Terry and all of his staff has been exceptional, from the moment of first meeting to Mum's funeral and beyond. I cannot recommend them highly enough and wish to thank them for all that they have done in both the care of Mum and for me and my family.

Johnathan & his team were so helpful and kind just when you need it most, they made me feel welcome in their loving home & it was great to be able to see my loved one anytime I wanted, I thank you for that mostly. 🙏 the service was also really good. Thank you.

Jonathan Terry funeral directors treated us with the utmost care at one of the most difficult times of our lives.
Excellent communication took place that helped us to deal with each and every area that needed attention.
The service itself was beautiful and Jonathan carefully guided us through it with enough information to help us at exactly the right time.
Their sense of care will stay with me for a long time.

Jonathan Terry were amazing from the first day we went in to discuss my mother's funeral right up to the actual day.
We met Tom who had a very calming approach. He was kind, efficient not condescending and was not on a sales pitch. He was understanding to our needs and responsive to everything we asked him. A genuinely lovely man. Tom was also there on the day of the funeral and talked us through the whole process. It was nice to see a familiar face. Thank you Jonathan Terry for making the whole process bearable.

The service received from Jonathan Terry Independent Funeral Directors, London Road, was second to none, they were so professional yet caring. They helped with everything and nothing was too much trouble. If I could give then 10 stars out of 5 I would. What I especially liked was that they said: “they would look after mum for me” and they did that wonderfully. On the day of the funeral everything was done to perfection. I can not recommend them highly enough. If you want Funeral Directors who are professional, understanding, thoughtful, compassionate, caring & considerate these are the people to use.

From start to finish the service provided by Tom & Sarah at Jonathan Terry - London Road was second to none. We can’t thank them enough for what they did for our dads final journey and for taking care of him. The daunting process of organising our fathers funeral was made so much easier by having caring & compassionate support by Tom and Sarah. Everything was faultless and couldn’t of wished for a better send off for our Dad. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

Jonathan Terry were very helpful from the start to the end and were very supportive from the start as to what we would like, if there were any requirements, and guided us through with very supportive information, this company are very clear and get things that are required put into place without any trouble. they are supportive and guide you throughout this distressing and worrying time, they take the time to make this sad time as easy as possible on the people that are left behind. I would recommend this company to anyone that are looking for a trustworthy funeral director to look after you and your needs.

Jonathan Terry funeral directors provided the most perfect service to my mother, my two sisters and myself for my fathers funeral. They accommodated every wish with compassion and reassurance and the service they provided on the day was carried out with such finesse.
