I wold like to thank you, all as a team, for the beautiful way you looked after Hilly.
Every thing was just Perfect, from the wicker casket to the floral display.
All my family and friends, thought it was a lovely tribute to such a Lovely lady.

in my bereavement, I left everything to him .

From the time of asking them to direct the funeral they were brilliant, compassionate and took the stress out of things. From liaising with the coroner, preparing & viewing our loved one, arranging a celebrant and arranging detour en route to Crematorium so that colleagues could line the route safely. Highly recommended.

As a family, we would like to thank everyone at Jonathan Terry’s, Peartree Avenue,  for their care, patience and guidance during this time. 
The whole team were incredibly supportive and thoughtful throughout: from the initial contact with Tracey, to the meeting with Jonathan, to all the people involved on the day itself. Their attentiveness to detail and understanding of our mum were demonstrated with their choice of Dave on the day, who was so thoughtful and kind, to their choice of celebrant Matthew, who captured mum perfectly and wrote the most beautiful celebration of her life. 
Our heartbreak and grief were handled with sensitivity, dignity and professionalism throughout, which helped make it so much easier for the whole family during this difficult time.

We are really happy with the service. A representative came to see us at our family home and offered a comprehensive briefing on what our options were as well as answering all of the questions we had written down. Supported our family at an incredibly difficult time and we didn’t have to worry about any aspect of the arrangements.  J.T. funeral directors were considerate, sympathetic, and they were able to not only work with us but offer input in areas that we were undetermined. For any particular wishes that we had, Mr Terry ensured that they were catered for. The staff at J.T. funeral directors and very polite, kind, and gracious. The considerate touches where it matters and processional choreography on behalf of the mourning family is immensely noteworthy. Communication was easy and Mr Terry kept in touch very regularly. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier, beautiful service for our loved one. The whole family and our friends were totally pleased with how the day went. Thank you.

Especially your patience in helping us to find the music that Ted had enjoyed playing on his piano at home to accompany the service. People who attended have commented how friendly and family orientated our celebration of Ted's life was. Thankyou to you all for helping us to achieve this.
