Your service was excellent . from the pick up point to the end of the service was top class. the attendants (drivers and polebearers ) were polite and caring which my family and Julies were put very much at ease. Compassionate, kind and professional throughout, instilling confidence from the first moment we spoke. Jonathan dealt with the details with a perfect blend of efficiency without haste, exactly the right approach for my mum. We much appreciated the phone calls to check we were all OK and ready for the day, and the follow-up call afterwards. On the day, the team were smart, polite and looked out for us all. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I mean, yes Jonathan Terry are funeral director's, it's their job to be helpful and tactful but the level of service you receive feels so personal, gentle and hassle free, it really is second to none. No question too many / silly and will help in anyway possible to make this awful time run smoothly. They are worth their salt, highly recommended.
