We have received a very compassionate service where nothing was too much trouble. Margaret,Sarah and Ed along with the others in the day were all very kind, caring and everything was explained well although they were not intrusive.We were allowed to have exactly what we wanted which made for an incredible service which meant the world to family and friends.They all look after everyone but most importantly they look after your loved one with love throughout.Highly recommend them for the support and aftercare too.

Jonathan and his team were fantastic when arranging Mums funeral. They support us as a family every step of the way especially through the tears.. 
Ann was wonderful when I had a melt down about photos for the order of service, she just helped me through it and talked to me.
Overall Jonathan made what was a very difficult process, well, just easier, nothing  was a problem and In the end we felt like we gave mum the send off she deserved. 
Completely professional with care and understanding.

I would like to say a Big Thank You for all that Jonathan Terry, Peartree Avenue had done to fulfill my mum's plan and wishes. From the first meeting to all the help and guidance leading up to my mum's funeral.

I don't think it could have been any better on the day, all went as it was planned. The beautiful hearse, the compassion that was shown throughout was just perfect, so pleased.

Jonathan Terry were outstanding - They made great efforts to assure me that everything was taken care of in a clear and concise manner - they even checked that my to-do list was being attended to so nothing was forgotten. Bereavement is a difficult time JTIFD gave me the confidence that everything was taken care of. They took care of both my parents when they died and I knew that they were very good from previous experience and also from the response from the Hospice when I told them Jonathan Terry Independent Funeral Directors were taking care of things. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I can’t rate JT enough, very kind and helpful people at the end of the phone, nothing is too much trouble, sadly we’ve had to arrange two funerals within a year, but what would usually be a very sad occasion was made to be a wonderful celebration of life, with all the finishing touches from JT put into place, they also arrange a lovely Christmas carol service that we attended last year and will again this year, THANK YOU JONATHON TERRY
