We as a family would just like to say a huge thank you for everything the team at Jonathan Terry have done for us during a very difficult and emotional time.   We (and my husband) have been given the upmost respect and kept informed as to what was happening/would happen at all times and the funeral went without any problems.   Jonathan has also been very patient in allowing us the time to decide what we would like to do next to conclude this sad chapter in our lives.

I feel there are options which should be discussed at the time of planning. For example -
Our party were let out of car and not directed to entrance, leaving us to mingle with those waiting in car park. I am told this could have been stipulated at time of planning. I did ask for my son and daughter to join us at the car/entrance and this was not done.
Also we were not asked whether we wished for guests to be directed out of the chapel before the family at the end of the service. I am told this could have been requested. 
I had to ask for flowers to be returned to florist asap - message was not received, even though florist put a sign on wreath with request. However, this was quickly addressed by Ben. 
Celebrant gave wrong date of death for my mother. 
I feel it would also be helpful if information could be given at time of planning regarding seat layout, i.e. how many seats each side on front row. This would enable people to agree where they would sit and families could plan to sit together, rather than scramble once inside the chapel.

I cannot thank Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors enough. I had no experience of how to arrange a funeral and nor did I expect to have to do this at my age. The whole team were amazing and were able to guide me through the whole process. They are extremely compassionate and you gain a huge support group when dealing with the grief of losing a family member. Nothing is to much trouble for them and they ensure everything is perfect. A heartfelt special thanks to Tracey, Trish and especially Matthew who are all an absolute credit to the company. The whole day was perfect from start to finish and is a memory myself and my two young children will cherish forever. Please put your trust in them they are truly exceptional.

Losing my dad so suddenly, it was a massive shock. From the very first phone call I made to Jonathan Terry you put me at ease, kind and caring from the onset. Ben was exceptional with my mum, patient and kind. Everyone I talked to from the first phone call, through to the Order of Service, Tribute photo's and arranging a new burial site were professional and understanding. As a family, we cannot thank you enough for the quality of care and respect my dad was given. The funeral service was beautiful, we felt totally looked after throughout. Thank you each and everyone one of you at Jonathan Terry for your exceptional service.
