The service provided by Jonathan Terry, from first contact to the cremation, was professional and supportive. The advice and planning was meticulous and communication throughout the process was excellent. Overall, I don't think the service could have been bettered.

Very professional service but with out losing the personal touch. Nothing was too much trouble and they accommodated every wish. For such a sad occasion they made it all the more easier as the day went without a hitch. Thank you for effort put in to celebrate my dads life.

Margaret and Sarah were so good from start to finish with our requests and arrangements.  Sally, the planned celebrant was lovely when she met me to talk about Alan's life and she went above and beyond to draft the talk even from her sick bed!  Matthew stepped in at the last minute for the actual ceremony and was very professional and smoothed the way through the event very calmly and efficiently.
Friends and relatives abroad and in Scotland who couldn't attend really appreciated the webcast so I'm really pleased that was offered. My only criticism of the webcast was that you couldn't hear Matthew during the address facing the coffin as the music drowned him out.
Wonderful service, thank you everyone.

Mum's funeral was beautiful. J Terry were amazing. They looked after all of us with great care and attention and above all they were very respectful and looked after our beautiful mum with so much passion and care. Would definitely recommend them without hesitation

From the moment my dear mum passed away. Jonathan Terry  Was there every single step of the way they helped me  organising the funeral but was there right till the end making every little  detail right and when me and my family said our goodbyes to our mum . Ed did a brilliant job explaining everything that needed to be done, and what would happen. They did research for us as we wanted to scatter ashes on another grave and helped us identify where that is. Great advice on flowers. The funeral itself went without a hitch. I couldn't have asked for better service.

My worst fear was that I had never arranged a funeral before but I shouldn't have worried because from the first phone call from Jonathan Terry the whole process of arranging my mothers funeral was both compassionate and professional.

Every detail was discussed and arranged with the utmost care and attention and the familles wishes were adhered to one hundred percent.

Above all,I had the comfort in the knowledge that Terry and his team would ensure that my mother would have the send off she deserved.
