Thoughtful, sympathetic, helpful, caring, polite, and friendly. These are all words for the London Road Staff. Their presentation of our daughter was lovely and their attention to detail was beyond words. We could chat with them as if they were friends, not just a customer to make money out of. We would recommend them to anyone, well worth the money.

From the intial meeting with Jonathan and until the final journey of our mum we were treted with so much respect and sympathy.

The staff at Jonathan Terry went above and beyond for our family at such an upsetting time.

Can not recommend Jonathan Terry enough. The service they provide after my Dad passed away was second to none, and it was all conducted in a sensitive and sincere manner. They where available at short notice when i wanted to visit my dad and made sure the funeral went smooth and as we wanted on the day. Thank you for making a sad experience as easy and memorable as it could be.

I thought I'd drop you a line to say 'Thank You' as fully expected yet again you and your team have delivered an immaculate service, first class from the offset.

I really do have to commend you for such excellence. Nothing is to much, communication is smooth and everything and everyone is made at ease.

The day went very well and both myself and brother Lee are very happy that we gave our Dad a good send off. With the sun shining down too, it really was a very fitting day in all areas.

So again I really do thank you not for just Dad, but also my Mum in supporting us through two very hard times.

I would like to thank Jonathan and his wonderful team of professionals for organising my dear Mother’s funeral.

Jonathan was very kind, considerate and thoughtful at this very sad time. His team supported and provided all that was required, from basic, caring communication, sorting the funeral stationery and organising everything that need arranging at the Crematorium. I must also say a big thank you to Diane, the Celebrationist that Jonathan organised for us. She was amazing and delivered a beautiful ceremony, which everyone absolutely loved.

The entire team could not have been more helpful, supportive and pleasant; both with everything prior to the funeral and on the day itself. This was so much appreciated by myself and my family.

Please convey my thanks to everyone. I especially want to thank the Pallbearers, as I had originally been told that some sort of trolley might have to be used.

The one hiccup was my fault - I was so busy proof reading the Order of Service,hymns and prayers that I didn't notice that Iain's year of birth was wrong. In fact, not until two days later.

Jonathan Terry's staff took all the worry off my shoulders at a difficult time. They are all so caring & polite . Very easy to talk to nothing is too much trouble and can get everything organised for the funeral. The day was very memorable due to them.
